Result: The Sword And The Sorcerer (1982) starring Lee Horsley, Kathleen Beller,Simon MacCorkindale and Richard Lynch. Thanx Jeremy.

Probably mid-80's, color, rented movie, I'm *pretty* sure it was a cartoon but not definite. Guy is standing in big crater in the ground, I think there's a princess/fair-maiden type lying at his feet, possibly unconscious. Guy has a triple-bladed sword which is magic somehow, I think film was about quest to get this sword, probably in order to kill some bad guy. Crater is surrounded by lots and lots of monsters/bad guys. Guy is making desperate last stand.

Result: Cord (USA) aka Hide and Seek (UK) (2000) starring Daryl Hannah and Jennifer Tilly. Thanx Marphisa, Starius.

The film is probably around 10 - 15 years ago. So im thinking it was 1990's. It was a colour film. A pregnant woman gets kiddnapped by a strange couple. The woman kiddapper is desperate to have the womans child. She is mentally unstable, she evens has a baby dolls tied round her belly under her clothes to mock being pregnant. The lady who has been captured is kept tied to a bed and force fed through a tube. This is a real thriller of a film as the lady tries to escape, the woman kiddnappers character is so crazy! I know she had dark hair and the pregnant woman had blonde hair.

We are trying to find this old balck & white film (made in America). A man (maybe a doctor?) is driving through a small town and his car breaks down and he cannot get out of the town. There is some kind of inner-town control room creating a forcefield around the town. At one point, he steals a car and tries to leave and crashes into this invisible forcefeild surrounding the town. Also, there is some line in the movie where the guy goes "What is this? Some kind of quiz hour?" because he is being questioned by town authorities.

This movie was seen on a local television channel between 1995-2000. There were two of them, they were about a girl who I think might have had special powers, it involved her looking into a family book on a pedestal and seeing these gold berries, or something that looked like berries, it also I think was centered around a mirror and there was another land that they went to that the queen looked like a duck, this was all live action with the queen and others in plush suits, I cant for the life of me remember the name of the movie and its sequel, i used to watch them on tv all the time.

This is a color film about an alien boy who lands in a carnival and befriends a sherrif. The sherrif takes care of him, and after they are happy, the boy has to go back to his planet. My wife saw this film in the early eights, between 1980-1983. It was an english speaking movie, but she saw it with spanish subtitles. The title was something like "Why Did You Choose Me?".

Result: Dance Of The Dwarves (1983) aka Dance of the Dwarfs aka Jungle Heat with Peter Fonda. Thanx Rupert.

I was desperately hoping you could help me track down a horror/scary movie from either the early 80's possibly even the late 70's. I definitely did not see this movie in the theatre and I don't recall renting it, but I did see it on T.V. a couple of times ine the early to mid 80's. I have a very vague recollection of the movie because I probably have not seen it in 20 years. I remember either a group of friends or possibly even a research team meeting up together at the outskirts of a forest or heavily wooded area. I can recall someone landing in a helicopter in an open area outside of the forest. I am not sure why they where there or what there mission was. There were some type of creatures/monsters or possibly even dwarves that inhabited the forest and surrounding areas that would ultimately terrorize and kill off some of the characters. There was a scene where a character was alone in the woods and killed by the creature, but I don't think you actually witness the creature's appearance yet. I believe there was a scene where a character was going to enter the forest on horseback, but the horse freaked out and would not enter the wooded area. It was as if the horse sensed the presence of the creatures. There may also have been some locals that were aware of the existence of these creatures? dwarves?

I am trying to find the name of a movie, it was made either the 70's or early 80's. The film might me European. It is about a couple who have a baby boy his name is Toby. After a few months of his birth, his parents notice something fuzzy is starting to grow in his back. The doctors try to remove it but it starts growing again. It turns out that the boy is actually growing wings, the angel type of wings. The boy suffers alot because he cannot live a normal life. At the end he escapes by flying away from everyone and everything. When I saw this movie, the voices seemed to be spanish, although I am not sure if it had been doubled into spanish.

I am looking for a movie about a woman, youngish, 20's to 30', living in New York. She recently lost her job and is wandering around New York. Anyone who shows her the least bit of human kindness, buy her a cup of coffee, etc, she will have anonymous sex with. This is NOT an adult title, but about a woman's slow desparate slide out of touch with society. She is about to lose her apartment, due to no job and no money, and to top it off, her mother is sick or dying in a nursing home.

Result: The Old Dark House (1963) Thanx Alli.

My mother saw this film when she was a kid. She's nearly 49 now and left her hometown around 15 so it would've come out around 34 years or so - she probably would've seen it around the late 60's? One of the other films she remembers from her youth was Fearless Vampire Killers so I assume she saw this film around the same time as that one. Anyway, I think it is a black and white film. It was a horror/thriller. I think it was a standard plotline of people breaking down or getting lost and finding this house. Anyway there are all these weird inhabitants in the house - there's someone who's building an ark in the basement, and these weird twins that were very Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee-like. And then someone starts killing the people in this house, and when the killer is about to kill someone, he puts on a record.

I saw this horror about 5yrs ago and it was so funny. it's british 1960's ,65ish maybe. Theres this old woman who worships satan and has some powers. theres a motorcycle gang who terrorise the local small country town, the leader makes a deal with this old satan orshipping woman to be immortal, to do so he has to kill himself so he can be ressurrected from the dead. He does so by crashing his bike off a bridge the other members follow suit. I think it's called something like "hellriders" or "motormania" it was like one really long word made up of 3 shorter ones.

The ending scene was the sister was at the balcony barefooted.

Result: Marcelino Pan Y Vino (1955) The Miracle of Marcelino Thanx Marphisa, Susana.

This movie was made in the 50's or 60's. It is about a young boy around 8 or 9 from Mexico. He was an orphan and some how he was living in this monestary. He wandered around and found a statue of Jesus Christ that was being stored away in an attic. Jesus spoke many times to the boy. The boy finally the boy died in Jesus's arms. The boy's name was Emanuel. That could also be the name of the movie.

It is the story of a boy who gets abandoned as a baby in a monestary. He is a little menace, but the nuns and priest love him. He is around five years old when he goes into the attic and discovers an old statue of Jesus. It is there that the statue(Jesus), starts talking to him. He asks marcelino for bread, and in another occasion for wine. Meanwhile the priest and nuns think that he is lying and making up the story. Towards the end Jesus tells marcelino that he does not want to be on the cross any longer, and marcelino takes him down and out of the cross. It is until then that everyone finally believes in the miracle.

I saw this horror movie on tv most likely in the early to mid 80s. The movie was in color. I donot remember any actors in this movie. I do know that you never saw the killer, you only seenhis hands that had black gloves on and you could always hear him breathing. He killed people withweird things, one person was killed with paperclips, another with a eggplant, another with one ofthose wooden horses you would make in school for woodshop. It all pretty much took place in highschool. I think the whole thing behind the movie was to make fun of horror movies that involvedkillers. The country is the United States.

this film was done in the 80's. I'm not sure when in the 80's. There was a little boy who could see his dead grandfather who was warning him about this witch and vegetarian monsters. He was running away from this witch who used popcorn to kill her victims and had them drink this milk that turned them into green mush so that her band of vegetarian monsters could eat them. So the kids only defense was eating a bologna sandwhich because then the monsters wouldn't eat him, but at the end of the movie just him and his mom survive. She eats an apple, then goes in the shower and a baseball falls down the stairs that says "you're mom was yummy" or something like that. Bizarre I know! this film is about a photographer who kills women at the time of the photo with a large knife sticking out of the lens. I think the idea was to capture the terror on the photo. This movie was in color. I'm thinking it was during the 70's, could be very early 80s. All I can remember is a family with several VERY VERY blonde children. They all had white blonde hair. One of the little white headed girls was evil. I think she may have killed some of her siblings. I remember her trying to kill them or maybe even one of her parents. The only other thing I can remember is that little girl carrying a basket and I think there were scissors in it. I thought maybe the evil little girl was the same little girl who played Christina in Mommie Dearest but I looked at her credits and that doesn't seem to be her. She looks similar to her. I think this child was younger in this movie.

I recall watching a horror movie on TV in color sometime between 1979 and 1983. The momorable parts of the movie was that there was a terrible storm and it takes place on a ship at night. Also, what I remember about the alien was that it looked like it was covered in red and blue veins.

There was a movie about a young demon in hell who after her father tries to dismember her for the sacrilege of questioning her instructor, leaves hell with her dog and comes to earth where she walks the street of what looks like a Hungarian city, falls in love with a doctor and in one scene that grossed me out, snatched the spinal column out of a would be rapist and tried to hand it to the rape victim. I believe the actress was named A. Firestone. It was shown on cable in the late nineties and by the clothes and hair in the movies was made in the nineties also.

Result: The Legacy (1978) starring Sam Elliott. Thanx ALNA70, Stareater.

I saw this movie on TV around 1998. It was in colour, and looked like a Hammer movie (but I cannot be sure). Sorry that I cannot be very specific, but the plot involved a couple in the woods. The woman meets an aristocratic, polite, smiling elderly man in his car who gives her his name and invites her to his mansion. Afterwards she joins her husband while (I think) we get a glimpse of the chauffeur helping the old man get off the car supporting his legs. The old man appears to be crippled. Afterwards, the couple are in the mansion. Things appear to be strange, as the master of the house is (I don't remember!) either dead for a long time, or in a vegetative state, and therefore the woman could not possibly have met him. Some murders occur involving people in the house. I think one woman is killed while taking a swim in an indoors swimming pool. At the end of the film, in a climax, we get a glimpse of the master of the house on a bed behind a curtain, dead or dying.

Result: The Night Visitor (1971) starring Max Von Sydow. Thanx RomanyX, Marphisa.

This movie came out in the early 1970's, around when the "the tales of the cyrpt" came out. It's about a particular wacko locked up in an insane asylum that tries to pull off the perfect murder. He is very creative because he's locked up in this room and uses fishing line or something that will unlock the hatch in the door. He does this when he is playing chess with one of the orderies who becomes spooked at the weird spooky looking figurines that this nut carved for chess pieces. Anyway, the movie shows the genius of this guy getting out of the asylum, committing the murder, and then returning before he is missed, but a parrot or something like a parrot (talking bird) gets into this guy's coat pocket and pops out when he's back in the asylum to spoil his perfect murder. I thought it was a great movie in the respects of what this guy thought out and went through to pull this off. I thought it was "The Asylum," but when I bought the DVD, it didn't look like it (I haven't pulled it out of the package in fear of it not being the right movie and not being able to return it.)

Result: Sole Survivor (1983) Thanx Stareater.

This is definetly an obscure horror film from most likely the early 80's. I believe it is reminiscent of 1962's "Carnival Of Souls" and was available on the now defunct video disc format. All I can remember is a city woman(who might be an actress or radio personality)sees dead people in various places. Each time she sees these people, something perilous happens to her. A few dead faces I can recall: a creepy looking girl who is soaking wet in an underground garage who stares creepily at the woman. The woman frantically asks is the girl is ok and a van or truck backs up and almost kills her. The wet girl disappears and the woman finds out soon after that a young girl drowned nearby. A man dressed in a hospital gown in a park staring at the woman when something happens and a man comes walking out onto the road she is driving on which causes her to lose control of the car. I can also remember the ending being rather lame. Something with a dead woman using a gun.

About eight years ago I saw a thriller/horror film. The main motive was red cloth with some spell or curse on it. Everyone who took dress from this cloth started to act differently, dangerously. This film might not even exist. It might just be that I created it out of thin air or something. I would have seen it in the eighties. Its a science fiction movie. There's this guy who has a tank instead of legs (half man/half machine) and he travels maybe into the future and the planet is overrun with people just like him and they're all at war. I remember them being chased around in a jungle. I'm a real movie buff and I've looked everywhere for this one.

Saw this film on video somewhere between late 80's-early 90's, it's an animated film, probably from the US, the main character is a dog, that flies into space in a red plane/rocket, i remember it as a biplane but i could be wrong. It encounters aliens, and has some big adventure & saves the day, ends up returning to his family with a puppy, this dog has a star on it's collar, there's alot of star references in the movie aswell. I'm pretty sure these dogs look a lot like Sam the Sheepdog from the Looney Tunes cartoons.

Result: I Know My Name Is Stephen about a boy who is kidnapped at a young age and is forced to "believe" that his kidnapper (who poses as a clergyman) is his father and the kidnapper also has an accomplice as well. The kidnapper solicits friends of "Dennis" (Stephen's new name) to assist in further kidnapings. At one point the "father" sexually abuses the boy as well as other boys. When questioned by police, he talks his way out of trouble and promptly moves. After "Dennis" helps in a kidnapping of a boy about age 6 he helps the child escape and get help. "Dennis" finally is able to escape and at age 16 or so, has to reconnect with his true family, attend school and deal with embarassment of the sexual assult he was a victim of (classmates find this info. in local papers) and adjust to his true life and deal with the psychological trauma of court, media, family, peers and personal stressors. It was released in 1989 as a made for TV movie. Thanx Maggie.

I remember my relatives watching this one movie on local TV in Camden, NJ way back in January 1996, (I think the day the NFL Championships played). I had seen some bits and pieces but it was real disturbing at the time so I went upstairs and watched the games. Anyway, I remember these three things before I went upstairs: 1) This dark curly haired guy was trying to get this young boy (aged 6-7) in the car. The boy was vainly holding onto a chain link fence struggling. Finally, the man got him in the car and the driver peeled off. 2) The driver was tougher looking than the curly guy and had sunglasses on (at least at the time). He handed the curly guy a couple of small things and went, "Here! Put these in his mouth!" because the boy was screaming. 3) The boy wakes up in a rather large room filled with sunlight. Later, when we all ate dinner, we watched the rest of the film, which wasn't that disturbing from what I remember: 4) There was another boy (this one aged 13-16). It was dusk outside (in the movie) and the boys are at the dinner table when the kidnappers promptly take off to go somewhere. The older boy looks at the younger boy and says, "Well come on. What are you waiting for?" The young gets this thin stick and puts it the side of the shoe or on the side of his one lower leg, as if this was a splint. The two make their escape but the camera panned to the stick while the boy is running with the older boy. They make it to freedom but... 5) At least the little boy is taken to the hospital, and had to have surgery. 6) I over heard my grandmother saying... A) The the kidnappers had forced the boys to drink beer. B) The kidnapper had convinced the school that he was actually the boy's parent.

Result: Why Me? (1984) starring Armand Assante. Thanx Jeremy.

I am looking for the name of a "true story" TV movie that aired sometime in the early to mid-'80s. It was in color, and perhaps two parts? The story was about a beautiful woman, perhaps a (former?) model or actress, who is in a horrible car accident and is disfigured. She is completely wrecked emotionally as well, especially when she starts to see that most of her life was constructed around her looks. I remember her bedroom was white, and there were lots of mirrors. Her marriage goes downhill. At one point, she tries to seduce her husband by wearing a sexy nightgown or lingerie, with the lights dim, but he is just disgusted by something and makes her feel like a monster. I believe he starts to drink and/or cheat. They end up getting divorced. All this while, she has been receiving treatment from an innovative doctor. He encourages her and performs wonderful reconstructive surgeries on her face. I remember one surgery that she was a little uncomfortable about involved his solution for new lips. He's an all-around great guy, though, and sees her inner beauty easily. He is dedicated to making her see that her inner beauty is important, but wants to help her regain the face that was once hers. In the end, there are pictures of the real-life woman in sequence, showing her transformation, then of her with the doctor, whom she married.

I don't think #851 is The Deep End of the Ocean. I have seen it a few times and read the book and itis not the same. In the movie the boy is kidnapped from a hotel where the mom is going to a high school reunion. The older boy was supposed to be watching the little brother and he didn't pay attention to him and someone snatched him. Michelle Pfeiffer plays their mother, Treat Williams is the dad. She never gets over his disappearance and can't quite give up hope. The older brother feels very guilty over not watching his little brother. Years later the boy ends up living a few streets away from his real family and the woman who stole him was a classmate of his mother. The classmate kills herself and he is left with the womans hushand that had adopted him and didn't know he had been abducted. So the boys older brother thinks the boy could be his kidnapped brother, as well as the mom when she sees him when he comes to ask if he can cut their lawn. Anyway, he ends up coming to live with his real family. It centers on their struggles of trying to become a family. There is a little sister but she doesn't play a huge part. I don't know what the movie posted is, but I don't think it is The Deep End of the Ocean. Alli :)

Hi, I'm trying to find this French movie in which I remember there was a boy who once went shopping by him self and never returned home. After many years the boy’s mother always hoped that her son would come back. Later, into the town a strange teenager came claming that his the boy that disappeared many years ago. But his sister found out that he wasn't the one after when was flirting with her in a bed. Later the town found the man that probably molested the boy, killed him, and buried him .The only evidence they had was that they found the boys watch that the sister says it was his for sure. After the mother knew the truth she still couldn't believe in what happened and still believed that the teenager boy was her lost son.

The was a group of kids over to see the girls bird and they kept teasing it, then all started throwing rocks at it and eventually killing the bird. This is the only part of the movie I recall, (except for the fact that I cried over it), I hope you know this one.

Result: Too Much (1987) with Bridgette Andersen. (Thanks to Starius' hints, I think I've finally managed to find it - Many, many thanks Starius!!) Thanx snibril.

Probably from 80's or late 70's, I think it was a rented movie, in color. Took place in USA. Only scene I can clearly remember is little girl (about 8 or 9 maybe) in field. She's got a robot with her, robot is kinda short, only about her height. She or the robot milks a cow in the field cos she's thirsty. Then she's about to drink the milk from a pitcher or mug or something, the robot warns her it'll be too hot, so she gives it to him and I think he cools it down somehow. That's it! I'm pretty sure the little girl was escaping from some science lab (where the robot came from too), so she's probably an alien/military experiment/got special powers/etc.

I remember this film... the girl moves to Japan with her father because his work takes him there. He works at a robotics company I believe. The girl and the robot in question run off. he was kind of a R2D2 ripoff. I remember two odd songs from this movie... "We're having fun in Japan" and "Tokyo's Heat" were lyrics. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of this movie either. - Starius

Result: Too Young To Kiss (1951) starring June Allyson. Thanx Marphisa.

I saw this movie in 2001 on AMC. It is black and white, I think from the 1940s or early 1950s. It is about a young woman who plays the piano very well, but not so well that people pay attention to her. She very desperately wants to play in a concert hall (Carnegie, I think) so she pretends to be a 12-yr-old girl, and puts on braces even to help the act. She plays, as the little girl, in a talent contest and people think she's great. Then there is a love story mixed in with it all when her manager starts to fall in love with her, as the young girl.

I am looking for a movie that I believe is from the 80's. It is about a husband who is psychologically abusive to his wife. The two scenes that stick out the most in my mind is 1. they are hanging wallpaper and she is up on a ladder, there is a tarantula on the wall, but he doesn't tell her it is there. He grabs a camera and keeps telling her to look at him and watch him while trying to get her hand closer to the spider. 2. She is swimming and an alligator starts swimming after her, he is on the shore and tells her to swim towards him, again while snapping pictures while the alligator gets closer and closer to her. It is in color, and it's an American movie.

I saw this movie around 86'or 87 i think it was made for tv.It had these teenagers in a graveyard on halloween and they come across this book or a scroll with some kind of curse on it they read it and when they leave .The dead and monsters come alive and start killing people in the town and they become monsters to. And one of the teenagers falls for a girl in a cheerleading outfit not realizing she's a ghost she had gotten killed years before in the 50's.Somehow they find that if they don't get rid of all of the demons before sunrise or midnight they stay there for good. And i think in the end they get rid of them by putting to old ring's together, and after it's over he sees a headstone with the girls name on it that he had been with alnight.

I heard about this movie on the VH1 show I Love the 90's...so it's a color movie from the 90's. In it, a chinese girl who everyone thinks is as innocent as a flower actually goes around killing people...it's kind of a bondage theme, the way she kills them. Apperently she has one guy in a guy in a bag, and on a part I saw on the show, she was torturing another guy by cutting his toe off and laughing about it.

I dont really know much about the movie, but I used to see it on HBO probably around 8 or so years ago. It was a horror movie but with a little bit of comedy mixed in. I thought the star was albert brooks, but after looking at his filmography, I guess i was wrong. I remember him wondering around a stone castle or house and finding demons wearing capes that only had glowing eyes. One pushes him out a window or something. He would find those bad guys and I think he finds good spirits or ghosts, one possibly a girl around his age.

sounds like the confusion of two films. The film where the students & teachers are acting odd and have bandages on their necks is "Invaders from Mars" (1986). The part about a back yard sucking in the two kids sounds like "Gate" (1987), starring Stephen Dorff.

Me and my sister are looking for a movie we watched in the late 80's or early 90's, about (2)? kids, live in this house with whole in the back yard that sucked them in and their were alien type people there, and if i remember correctly or im confusing another movie but, they went to school and their teachers were weird and some of the kids they wore bandages on the back of their neck?

There is also this SCI-FI horror movie which i have seen in the early 90's on TV. It's about a military base or a research base located on a barren planet (probably Mars ?) and there were those monsters which took the form (the aspect) of some balls which were turning towards that military base. The monsters were monitorized through radars. Often was staring the countdown : "They are approaching: 7 metres...4 metres...2 metres...". I saw this movie around 1986 on late night tv. I was about 8 at the time & it still scares me now when I think about it! There was a little girl in the movie & her mother (or some female guardian) made her play the piano. When the little girl needed to use the bathroom her mother would not allow her & she peed on the floor. There was a very green kitchen in the house & possibly a cat with scary eyes, I'm not entirely sure if that is from a different movie.

There was an old black and white movie that I saw in the 1970's. It revolved around a dollhouse that belonged to a little girl. I beleive she would use the dolls inside to represent people in her family and she would control them, sometimes killing them, I believe. I do remeber that at the end, the dollhous caught on fire, which, in turn, caused the family's home to burn, as the dollhouse represented their home.

I was a little kid so it must've been around 1980. I was watching TV and saw a movie about twin Catholic high school sisters. Anyway, I recall that the good sister received a new rosary necklace from some family member and the evil sister got extremely jealous. On the way home from school soon afterwards, the evil sister tricked the good sister into entering an abandoned bank vault (I think, or some other small space in an abandoned building) and locked her inside.

i seen this movie from the 80's or 90's more likely the 80's it is in color it starts out with two young boys coming home from school set in probably the 60's and a group of teens in a old model car like a chevy black (the teens have on leather motorcycle jackets) start to harass the younger brother and the older brother protects him and they wind up stabbing the older brother killing him at which point they jump into their car and get stuck in car in tunnel and a train comes along and kills them all but one. years later when the little brother is grown and has his own family and is now a teacher these teens come back from the dead including the car and harass the younger brother and his family .everytime they kill someone another one of them comes back from the dead.at the end the younger brother is fighting them in the same tunnel and they are about to kill him when the dead older brother comes back (you see a bright light at first and then the image of brother)and desends him as a result the teens i think there were three of them are trapped in car again and here comes the train again and kills them once more.the brothers say their goodbyes and the light disappears again.i believe one of the teens who survived the original crash os recruited by dead teens to help them but when he refuses they kill him.

This movie I saw as a child in the late 60s- early 70s gave me nightmares for years. It was black and white, I believe, although my memory for colour is not good. What I remember was that there were these large single cell organisms that ate people (don't remember the mechanism) and then dublicated by binary fission. They seemed to come out of water (lake or ocean - I'm not sure). I think they were a result of some radiation contamination. Close to the end, all the people in the town go to the high school which has a glass roof. The creatures get up on the roof and the glass breaks and they fall on the people.

I saw this on television early 1990's. It was color and appeared to be a new film. It's a Romantic Comedy taking place in 1700's - 1800's pre modern era; kind of a Shakepearian feel to the film.
Plot: Brother and sister (18 - early 20's) shipwrecked on the island state of Oceana (I think that's the name). They both think the other perished as they washed up on opposite shores of the island. The island is in a state of civil war. The brother joins up in one army, the sister disguises herself as a man and joins up in the opposing army. The sister falls in love with her officer, and being disguised as a man this leads to funny complications. The brother and the officer that the sister loves are set to fight a duel with swords. The sister wants to protect the officer she loves so she meets up at the dual location early to fight in his place. The story ends when the sister and brother realize who each other are; and the officer learns that the sister is a woman - who he also loves.

I saw a B- or C- movie in approximately 1994 about a group of teenagers that live in a small town. I know no names of actors or the movie's title, but these kids get their hands on an old abandoned bar or club and renovate for a place for them and all of their friends to hang out. The club's name was something like parakeet or something tropical, I think, but they face a few hurdles when the wealthiest man in town decides he wants the land for himself so that he can build yet another used car lot, I think. It is a very Road House meets Goonies kind of plot line, complete with a handsome, quiet young stranger who starts off the movies by riding his motorcycle into town. He ends up falling for the main character, a girl who eventually gets her hair cut off by one of the henchman of the rich villain. I saw the film replayed on t.v., but it did not appear to be made for t.v. I think it was an actual cinematic film, though it stunk so badly I have been unsuccessful in finding any mention of it anywhere online. It was a very early eighties release, and I think that it was on t.v. again late one night in June or July of 2003.

This is a relatively new (probably post 1995) movie that I vaguely remember, made in America. It is about highschool/college level rich kids that live in some extremely rich warm area. One girl (the main character) is a complete witch and basically is extremely attractive and powerful within the rich circle of friends. Her sister mysteriously died a few years ago (she was also very attractive and well liked) and it is later revealed that this girl killed her sister due to jealousy and to inherit her sisters boyfriend. This girl is manipulative and attempts to take a new girl in to her circle (this new girl is a maid and is one of the main characters as well). The new girl joins her circle for a little until bad things happen and she realizes the girl is a complete weirdo. The rich/manipulative witch kills someone (I think it was a teacher) in a basement during some party and then frames the maid girl towards the end of the movie. They lock the maid girl up and after she gets out she goes to seek revenge and uncovers the girls plot of killing her sister to everyone. The rich manipulative witch also seduces many guys, including teachers. I hope this helps enough haha. I saw it on TV maybe 2 years ago max.

This will be a very vague description, as I was only 7 or 8 when I saw it- around 1979-1980.This film, from what I can remember, was on PBS- this man goes to see a doctor, not sure for what, maybe for dream research. He is dating this black woman (he is white and looks like Mark Singer and the woman has short hair and looks like belefonte) and they discuss the world of black and white and wouldnt it be great if the world was gray. He is on these step, and like robot gives him a record and its "i get by with a little help from my friends". The building they are in, the man and woman, is on fire- and that is all I can remember.

I saw this movie in 98 on video. On the movie jacket it was compared to the movie "KIDS". It had the same youth gone insane theme. In the first scene of the movie a group of boys are hanging out in the basement of one of the boys' older brother. Some how in the first scene there is a fight between two of the guys and the older brother is shot. It sets the stage for an all night adventure trying to find someone to help bury his body. I remember a fight with one of the boys parents which also ends in a shooting death. I remember a creepy underground undertaker who requested a human finger as payment? I think Rivers End NJ was mentioned at the beginning of the film as the place it is set but I am not sure. I have tried over and over to find this movie again I have failed. I hope someone else has seen this film and can tell me the name.

Hi! My brothers and I were trying to remember the name of a movie we watched and rented all the time. The year would be between the 70's or early 80's somewhere. The plot was about college room mates that try to solve a murder in their town. They find a body in the forest somewhere and when they try to go back and show the cops it's gone. They also find a hand or foot in a tin box and it's also gone when they go back to show people. We remember that they circled phone numbers with bid red markers, had oreos hidden inside a globe. They also tried to put a walkie talkie in the plant of the people they think commit the murders and someone poors beer on it. If you can help it would be great, but good luck. I don't remember any of the characters names. I know there was a really nerdy roommate and a jock kind of guy that was african american. Also the cop was a big heavy set guy! Hope it helps!! It was all in color and all english and probably a movie no one else has ever seen!!

I saw this movie when I was like 5, around 1988. This movie was also in color. This is possibly a mid-late 80s movie. It dealt with some people in a forest with a rock like house. Basically it deals with some girls I think, in that house with some bloody looking monsters. They have no eyse, and have really small hands like a T-Rex. There is this one scene I vividly remember, a guy was showering in some type of cellar, and he turns into one of those bloody monster, in the backround you can see the monsters shadow. After this happens there is a closeup of the mans ring while water is going down the drain. There is also one other scene of one of the monsters, wearing a brown cloack, and it knocks on the door and eats someone. The ending of the movie is there is a big hill at night in the backround with a full moon, and one of the bloody monsters turns into a giant monster and roars at the mooon.

It was about a family that moved into a duplex, mom, dad, and kids on one side, and the grandparents on the other. Of course the house turned out to be haunted. The main things i remember are; the mom painting the walls, and bloody streaks kept reapearing, the chandelier falling on the kids at the table, and the dad was raped by a female demon. They had the house exorcised once, maybe twice. But in the end they move out, and the evil spirits follow them.

Result: Terrorvision (1986) and it was just an Elvira look-a-like. Thanx runninrabbit.

This movie is probably from the late eighties to early nineties. The movies is story about a boy who is watching the Elvira show and later his parents(possibly) with aunts and uncles, get absorbed by this alien and all you can see is the top of their torso but not the bottom because it is the huge alien. Later he realizes that the alien has is after him and his sister, so he calls elvira on her show and finally has her find his home to help him. Before Elvira could reach his house, another alien appears and is going to help him kill the bad alien but Elvira kills him by mistake. The way elvira kills the alien is that he has a space suit and can't breath our air, so she breaks his glass face mask "just like a regular space suit" and he is struggling to breath and his face explodes. At the end of the movie elvira is talking on her t.v show "in the movie that is", and then you see that the alien absorbed her too.

I am trying to think of a movie probably from the late eighties or early nineties where a family lives in this house that has a high tech system where it is like the house is talking to them, its some sort of machine that controls security etc... It is hard to explain but I saw a Halloween episode of the Simpsons that reminded me of it where the "house" fell in love with Marge then tried to kill off Homer. The movie is in color and I saw it on tv. The "house" was a woman and I think she traps the people in the house but I am not totally sure. It has just been bothering me for a while now.

I believe it was an 80's movie, British. Or at least the protagonist was British. The protagonist is a young woman who has some troubles, romantic, employment, etc. There is a seaside park involved at some point, and she skips down a sidewalk singing "Up your bum, up your bum, ...". There were love life complications with some guy who was, IIRC, fairly horrible to her.

My dad wanted me to inquire about a movie he saw when he was around 7 years old. He said that the movie was probably made between 1968 and 1972. He saw it on t.v and it was in color. The only thing he can really remember about the plot was that it involved a little boy who finds a turtle, he thinks under his house possibly, and that it turns into a giant turtle. He says he thinks that at the end there may have been someone trying to catch it or take it away from the little boy. That's all that he can remember, but if you can help it would be very much appreciated. Sorry we don't have any more info than that.
