But here goes; the word 'River' is in the title, or so I seem to recall -- my family rented this movie at BlockBuster nearly five or six years ago (so around 2004), and I seem to remember staring at the cover of the case. However, the movie could very well be older than that. I can't remember any of the actors or actresses. The movie's plot revolved around a boy who disappeared from college(?) but no one realized this for quite some time. It was winter break (or thanksgiving break?) and everyone had went home, except for him. He was a loner. A group of would-be cool kids (frat boys, perhaps) were teasing/bullying him, and they accidentally drowned him in the toilet -- or they thought they did, I'm not sure. But I AM sure that they threw his body in the river afterwards. They even lied about it later; said that they saw him jump over the bridge. I can't remember anything more than that, but it was a good movie --

This was probably a British movie from the early seventies, a man makes advances to a young girl, she rejects him, he then tells her that if she doesn't return her affection that he will gouge out his own eyes. he then does this and facing her, open his palms to show his eyes in the palms of his hands, she faints onto the sofa where he then peels off the rubber covering his eyes showing that it was just a trick. he then removes her panties as she has fainted. I expect that this is then when he rapes her, but the movie goes to the next scene. I believe that the man had black curly hair.

At the same time there's a beast abusing women in town and the guy thinks it's him because he can't remember what he is doing at nights. He's meeting this girl and the girl stays over at his place and she wants to check if he is the beast or not so she is locking him up and they discover that it is not him. Then they meet some kind of gypsy and the gypsy tells them that the guy is possessed and by whom and how it happened and they go to find somebody who is responsible for that and then there's a final scene where they fight in a castle. Also, I think that the name of the film may somehow be related to the name of the demon. A

There's a horror movie I remeber seeing as a youth. It was filmed in either the late 70's or early 80's. I only recall bits and pieces, unfortunately the rest is vague. From what I know the story begins with a car accident and an injured man who finds refuge at a cabin in the woods. An old witch takes him in, then nurtures him back to health. Later in the movie you find out that the man's a werewolf. Not only does he harbor a secret, but so does the old woman. As the movie carries on it reveals that the woman who appears old enough to be the guys grandmother is actually his daughter. Unlike his child he is blessed with eternal youth because of his curse.

I remember this movie being from some time between the late 80s and early 90s. I don't remember any of the people in it or much about the movie itself, just a few random scenes. I know it was a live action color movie about a family. The kid in the family was warning his parents not to walk across the yellow grass in their front yard because if they did bad stuff would happen. One day the Dad didn't listen and picked the kid up and walked on the yellow grass. That night the mom was taking a shower and whatever was causing all the bad stuff to happen turned the water on really hot and it scolded her to death.

I had seen some of this film when I was 8 or 9 years old back in the mid to late 80's. I believe the film was made at this time based off of the appearance of the characters and the music used. The film was in color and all I remember of it is some kind of demon coming out of this guys stereo speakers. I also remember the guy was shoved into the gym of his high school (butt naked) where a girl in the gym took a picture of him and he collapsed to the floor. The final thing I remember is the guy gets into a car and summons the demon through a boom box in this passenger seat(?) and I guess lets the car go off a cliff and explode or something to that effect.

Her face is frozen with a horrified grimace. she's a wealthy woman, and someone is hired to sit with the body. She has a valuable ring on her finger. the hired nurse closes her eyes, and spies the ring. she tries to steal it. it's hard to come off and it leaves a wound on the ring finger. she covers it up with the other hand. I seem to remember a ticking clock. the nurse keeps looking at the body in the bed and her eyes keep opening, the hands are transposed so the wound is exposed. Of course eventually the dead woman comes after her. was in the early 70s.

I once saw a movie that aired on either cable channel AMC or TCM. It aired around the summer of 1995 or 1996. I did not see the movie from the very beginning but the little that I do recall seeing was totally intriguing! The film was in black and white so my guess is that it was made around the 1950s or late 1940s. From what I recall, a mute older woman in a wheelchair lived in a house with a young man who was supposedly taking care of her. Instead he was very abusive and conniving. Apparently, the woman had been a nanny or caretaker of the young man in his youth. The young man, his father, and the woman had all lived in England or some other part of Europe but had moved to the United States. I never see the father portrayed in the film but it is somehow explained that he, his son and the woman had moved to the U.S. The scene that I come in on (as I did not see the movie from the beginning)is where the mute older woman is in a wheelchair and receives a visit from a friend who suspects that the woman is being mistreated. Of course the mute woman cannot let on that she is being abused because the young man is present. The visitor appears to be somewhat suspicious of the young man but does not seem to be totally convinced. One day while the concerned individual is visiting the mute woman, there is a knock on the door and in comes a pretty woman with blonde hair and a nice dress who introduces herself as a concerned neighbor or neice of the mute woman who has come to check on her. It is later revealed that the pretty blonde young woman is really the young man dressing in disguise to create the illusion that the mute woman has the two of them providing optimal care for her. The concerned individual eventually convinces a man (possibly her significant other) that the young man is plotting to murder the mute woman. One stormy night, the house loses power and the concerned individual and the man break into the darkened house just in time to save the mute woman from being murdered by the young man. I think that the story ends around this scene. At the end of this particular film, the key actors' are introduced by physically walking out on stage and taking a bow. I don't recall any of the actors' names. I always assumed that this film was one made by Alfred Hitchcock but I have tried to research his works but I have not found anything that matches the above description. I occasionally google a brief descript. of the movies plot but nothing adds up. Believe me anyone who has had the opportunity to see this film would agree that this is a magnificent film.

I don't know when the movie was made, but saw it on TV some time in the eighties. I would guess this was a US or possibly UK production, but can't rule out other countries. It was in colors. What I remember from the story: A couple arrived at something like a hotel or a guesthouse. Something traditional and rural, I think. They started settling in to spend the night. At some point, visions of the corpse of a murdered woman kept appearing. I particularly remember a chopped up female corpse suddenly found in a chest, but when they look again it is not there. I also think they saw the same dead lady lying in the bath tub, soaking in blood red water. Again, the vision disappeared without a trace. The ending was very intreaguing: As they left the hotel the following morning, they saw some new guests arriving - and the woman was the one they had seen dead the night before.

The movie I am trying to remember was shown several times in the late 80's or early 90's on (i think) cable TV. It may have been a made-for-TV movie. It was US or Canadian, in color, and mostly set in or around a small lakeside resort town and specifically the summer house the family was using. The story involved a family -- husband and wife with two or three (maybe more) kids who go to a lake on vacation or perhaps to live there in the summer. They hire this young woman to help around the house and/or to help with the kids. I don't know why they needed the extra help, but I think it was to have a full-time baby sitter for the kids. I don't know why this was needed -- perhaps the parents continued to work and were only home in the evenings, or perhaps they just wanted time together. The father has an affair with the young woman, she sort of seduced him but he was more than willing to play along. I don't remember much more, except that the young woman turned out to be good with the kids, and they liked her a lot, which at first endears her to the mother and father. The father first noticed the hired woman as being attractive when they all went swiming in the lake and the woman had on a one-piece swimsuit with a neckline that plunged to the waist and almost showed too much. After this swim, the woman semed to dress more and more scantilly, wearing skimpier shorts, etc. I'm not sure, but the nanny or whatever she was may have killed the wife to "keep" the father.

This is a movie about a meteor shower or asteroid shower that hits earth. It is American and we saw it on tv in Bali in 1996.at 6 am in the morning. I think it is from the early 90es. We turned the tv on in the middle or 2/3 of the movie and we watched in horror as people on news stations reported the meteors getting closer and we saw the cars leaving large US cities.westcoast i think. We saw newscasters dropping everything to return to their families for the end of the world.and then snow on the screen and nothing.and we almost wet ourselves 'cos we could not get any other channels and it seemed so real that we had been outside to see if we could see any meteors.and then the subtitles came on.Honestly that was the scariest travel experience ever! What made it so scary was that when we came in.about 2/3 through the movie I imagine, all we saw was news reports from studios and the newscasters reactions and nothing that indicated it was a movie.

when I was a child in approximately 1965-66 I recall seeing on a regular TV broadcast(not network) a movie which was a drama. It was of a white man in a rage at a black man who was in police custody and protection of a crime he evidently did not commit. throughout the film he tried to get at the black man,in a vigilante attitude. the climax was of both the black and the white men in a fistfight which led to weapons(I think they used dockworker hooks), a crowd was surrounding the two fighters. Then for some reason the white man stabbed himself to suicide, his wife screaming in despair. perhaps he had been the badguy all along, not the black man. I figure this was made in 1950's or early 1960's, a feature film, don't think it was a TV anthology, though possible. been seeking this movie and would like to know by description if anyone knows it. I saw this film in 2006 or 2007 on HBO. Okay, i believe the whole movie took place over the course of a week. It was spanish or portugeuse or some sort of foreign film i believe. It focus's on this guy who just had a nasty fight with his pregnant fiancee, she leaves him alone in his house. The first night he weird things start to happen. He keeps on seeing shadows of people moving about his house, like out of the corner of his eye type of thing. This escalates for two or three days. He begins to quit doubting the fact that he saw someone sneaking around his house and by now he is loosing sleep and slipping into a kinda of madness. Like on the third day he for sure see's someone and follows them upstairs right up to a closet that is locked. I forget what ensues but he ends up shooting the person with a shotgun in the closet. I think at one point he got a good look at the mans face and he draws it, cause hes an artist or something. After he shoots the person he goes to sleep in his car. He asks a neighborhood kid who the person is and the kid points to his neighbors house. So he decides to break into the house. This is like day 4 of the movie. He finds a crippled lady in the house doing her various activities throughout the day. Instead of stealing or whatever people do when they break in, he does exactly what the man breaking into his house did. He creeps around out of sight, living in the house with the crippled woman, watching TV with her, reading books when she reads books, cooking and even showering and sleeping in the same room as the woman; just out of sight so the woman doesnt know it. The movie turns from being a thriller to almost comedic at this point. One night he enters the house and there are a bunch of other people all creeping around in the dark just like him, but it turns out to be a surprise party. At this party he actually talks to the woman. However he gives himself away and runs to the basement. He finds the tunnel that leads to his house and escapes wounded, only to find the crippled womans husband dead in the tunnel. Except he shot a person that he locked in the closet. He runs up to the closet to find his fiancee muttering her last words to her unborn baby. the end.

There were these two girls who went to a party at a house with a bunch of guys that liked to get their guests drunk and then take advantage of them. One of the girls (whom I'll call Kate because I can't remember her name in the movie) goes off with this guy she likes who puts something in her drink to make her pass out then he and his friends take turns having sex with her. After they are all done, they realize she's dead and they put her body in the shower and lock her in the bathroom. Later Kate wakes up and doesn't realize right away that she's dead because she's so focused on trying to find a way out of the bathroom they locked her in. I can't remember how she actually got out, but she did, and then starts to walk around the house looking for her friend. She finally finds her but the only way she can see her, or anyone who's alive is through a mirror. She sea’s her friend getting ready to go off with one of the guys at the party and tries to tell her not to but can't because she's (Kate) dead and her friend can't hear her. If I remember correctly she ends up sending a text message to her friend’s phone saying something I can't remember. Probably along the lines of "Hello. They're gonna rape and kill you so you might wanna leave the party." But IDK. After a while Kate goes and sits in the living room and hears knock on the door? Anyway, it ends up being the voice of this guy she's been dreaming about since childhood, a friend that died when she was little I think. He asks her to let him in, saying she can trust him, he can help her. Finally she lets him (whom I'll call William) in and he explains to her that she can't leave the house since that is where she died and if she does then all the other dead people out there will attack her and eat flesh or her brains or both. Stupidly she goes outside and sure enough all these freaks start coming after her so she runs back in the house. She sees William standing just inside the doorway when she comes back and he goes on to explain to her that she needs light to survive her death and the only way to get that light is from the souls of someone else’s death. He takes her to this door somewhere inside the house (I think it was just off the kitchen) and tells her that through that door is the safest place to be. He opens the door for her to go inside but when he does she sees that it's a pit so to speak of dead people and their souls screaming. She then realizes that William is not really her friend he's just the keeper of dead souls which is how he has survived throughout the years and how he became so powerful (for lack of a better word). I think she tells him to go to hell or something and to stay away from her and she runs off on her own. Later that night the guy who rapped and drugged her dies and when he does she's face to face with the man that killed her. When he dies he sees he standing there and is kind of freaked out because he doesn't realize he's dead at first but does know that Kate is dead, being that he killed her. She then gives him a piece of her mind for what he did to her and then the two of them attempt to try and leave the house and drive his truck to the hospital since there was going to be people dying there after some accident Kate heard or knew about. Doesn't really matter anyway because as soon as they get to the truck all the dead people start to come after them and low and behold the truck won't start. Kate makes a run back to the house when the zombies get a hold of the creep who killed her. I can't remember a single actors name or characters name and my details are a bit lacking in, well, detail. But I'm pretty sure the word "light" was somewhere in the title. The movie came on TV about 3 or 4 AM.

The robbed and harrassed the people on the bus. The gang left and came back several times. One of the passengers on the bus was an olympic marathon runner or something and decided to run across the dessert for help. Not sure if he made it or not but at the end of the movie, the bus driver and some of the men on the bus took some of the tires that were still good and rigged the bus so it could drive and the drove back to the highway. i thought the bus driver was O.J Simpson but I searched for it but couldn't find anything.

Some survivors lived underground in some sort of a military/civilian type world. They ventered out in armoured vehicles from time to time to find other survivors. Some of the normal survivors had taken an injection that made them young again but it made them to where they could only mate with people who had the same color of crystal triangle shaped lighted disk at the base of their throats. Some of the people who got the youth injection turned into cave men like people. If someone who successfully received the youth injection and became young again had a black crystal disk on their throat, the coudn't have children with anyone. The others had blue, green or red crystals.

British B or C movie from the mid-sixties. Fairly plotless but the theme appears to be "free love" or something like that. Four or five girls in miniskirts (look like Beatles groupies) live in some kind of geodesic dome and some guy they pick up enjoys their favors one by one (sort of like in Belle Epoque). Regular theater film, NOT pornography (no nudity at all, that I remember). One of the girls is an incredibly cute brunette pixie with a bob-and-bangs hairstyle. Pre-Zabriskie Point or Easy Rider, I think, with a very "Aquarius" feel and sort of psychedelic op art sets.

I'm searching for a color horror flick/movie. Maybe made in the early 80s. Maybe a short story film example: Creepshow. Unfortunatley, all I remember is the ending. There was an old man (pale/dead) in a black hat and a cloak (cape)after someone in the movie and at the end of the movie, he looked into someone's eyes and then the guy turned into the (pale/dead) in a black hat and a cloak (cape) and the movie went off. I thought it might have been Creepshow but this wasn't the case.

I saw this on TV sometime between '99 and 2007, but it had an 80's/90's feel to it. It was in color, not animated. This woman and her S.O. (fiance, I think), get into a car accident and the guy who's more seriously injured gets rushed to a hospital while she's left at the scene. The hospital he was supposedly taken too, however, is either closed or doesn't exist or the woman didn't know where he was taken.Well, she eventually locates the hospital, and while there is almost killed (she wakes up in surgery but can't move, and right before they start to operate on her she manages to knock a scapel off the table to get their attention, and then the nurse leans over and says something along the lines of "Don't worry dear - we know you're awake.")The movie ends with a twist - I think it flashes back to right after the crash, and it turns out her fiance is fine, but she looks down to discover that SHE'S gravely injured and dies. Or something. There may have been some paranormal elements too.

I remember watching this film on TV in the mid 1980's, must have been showing on BBC1 or BBC2 because there was no advert breaks. It was a thriller. About a family taking a boat trip, could have been a narrow boat. I feel it may have been a British film. But they met up with a guy who was kind of a stalker. The only bit I can recall is at the end, only the woman was left and she managed to kill him with a baked bean tin. Been looking for this film for over 20 years now.

I remember watching a movie on T.V. (either Cinemax, HBO, or Showtime) in color in the early 90's (the film could have been made in the late 70's-80's). There were fraternal twins. One male and one female and they had a link between their minds. I remember at the start the female twin is getting dressed and you can see her breasts. One of them works for the forestry service (I think the male twin). The female twin goes missing and the male twin receives clues to her disapperance through their mind link. I remember a russian roulette scene where someone gets shot. The male twin continues to look for the sister. He ends up at a high-rise apartment and it turns out it is someone he is really attracted to (a model) and he breaks into her apartment. He finds his sister strapped to a wheelchair. They have a confrontation and the lady runs with the sister in the wheelchair and pushes her out the window(the lady may have jumped with her).

Film: Color/VHSAge at the time: I was 7 or 8Plot: Man enters tunnel that leads to demon infested town, survives and returns through tunnel, is commited to insylum, and escapes.only to wonderer the empty city alone. I'm not sure when the movie was made, but it's possible it was in between the late 80's and early 90s. I can remember the story was focused mainly on one man and a mysterious tunnel, which i think leads to a parallel dimension. In the movie, this man drives through the tunnel and, somewhere down the line, enters a town. In this town are demons disguised as humans. I recall one scene.the man spies on a women(owner of the room he rented out)who is in demon form and is whipping someone in the attic or basement(guessing he/she was the previous owner of his room)with her tenticles. The man attempts to escape the town but incounters a women(i believe shes from the same town full of demons), cuts off her head, her body folds backwards, and begins moving around on all fours looking for her head(similar to the teacher in "the faculty"). He gets into the black car near the body and re-enters the tunnel to get back to his city. He tries to tell people about the things he experienced and is put into a padded room inside an institution or hospital. Not sure how, but the door is unlocked from the outside and he leaves the room. He starts looking around inside the building and realizes it's empty. In fact, everywhere he goes, there is absolutely no one around, as if the entire city was abandoned. The last scene i rememeber is with him entering a theatre and he sits down to watch the movie playing, with no one but himself watching it.

Very fantasy-ish. Then some chick or something shows up and and gives him a bowl of colorful liquid (I think). Summing it up, the guy ends up getting killed because the chick was some monster or something like that. Then I guess the rest of the movie is about some family trying to illude the same monsters? I remember the final scene of the movie was the son and mom getting home and I guess figuring they were going to be okay, so the mom goes upstairs to take a shower. Then there's a crash and a baseball comes rolling down the stairs with I think a note on it before the film ends.

He found a full body pic and rubbed some on it but put too much opn it and she came out a little too big. as i remember, he didnt care and kissed her. the show ends with them kissing but the cam cuts to the jar of stuff which had been knocked over and was dripping onto the cover of a fangoria magazine. real weird show but cool.

He would hide them in his truck and bring them back to his family's house. He had a girl as a hostage and kept her in a secret place beneath the floor in a barn. He had a family and they had no idea he was doing this. I think he had just a wife and a young son. Also, there could be more than one truck driver involved.

All I recall is that it revolved (of course) around visitors to a mansion by the sea, newlyweds (I think), and the key plot element was that the young woman's mother had drowned in the sea by house, and now sought revenge because her daughter hadn't loved her, or had let her drown, or something like that. I believe it also had "cheesy" special effects reminiscent of 1950s films, and the actors may have British accents.

I grew up in Canada and so this late 1960s-early 1970s horror film might be British, since at that time many of the Canadian theaters showed movies from England. Please note: the film Might be British, but of this I.m not absolutely certain. Since I was born in 1959, this movie could not have been rated R at that time (meaning you had to be 18 to enter). It was before 1974 because I know I wasn't in high school when I saw it.I don't believe it was a big budget movie since there isn't a soul other than myself who seem to remember this movie. In the movie, there are a group of people who are trapped (or are being held hostage) in a castle. The scene that I do recall is that the group of hostages are watching from a tower as one of them escapes in a small convertible. To their horror, they see the driver get shot in the neck by an arrow, and then we see the car going in circles.

I don't remember much more about the movie other than it was a brother and sister, perhaps between 6 and 11 years old and I have never seen the last half of it.it also involved the brother and sister chanting of some sort of spell during a climax of the film. I don't remember much more about the scene other than for some reason I remember a lot of blue lighting, which may be a false memory.I thought it might be Boogeyman, but I just bought that movie and it's not the one. A movie I remember was in color and from the 80's most likely. There were three girls (I think) on a road trip (possibly) and they get lost or something and happen upon a kindly old couple who either own a very large house or maybe a bed and breakfast. Anyway, the charming old couple apparently keep their deranged, psychotic, mongoloid son locked in the basement. I remember one of the girls spills a bowl of fruit in her room and when she gets down to pick it up her hair slips through the vent grating and the brute in the basement grabs it and jerks her face against the grating. And I also recall the end in which the last girl somehow survives the mongoloid only to be attacked by the kindly old man. The guy gives him one and the kid moves on. Suddenly the guy freaks out (or transforms very slightly?) and catches up with the kid, assaulting him. He then proceeds to bury the kid before he's even dead. Next, I remember some people coming into a large house and one of the characters I remember clearly was a guy who looked a lot like Richard Drayfuss did in Jaws and he was very annoying with this hand puppet that he had. It seems like all kind of awful thing starts happening. I remember one scene in which they are searching for their friend, unbeknownst to them she has been tied up, gagged and stuffed up the chimney in a room in which they are burning a small fire.and I also remember the ending of the movie. One boy and one girl (seems like the guy was blonde and in a blue jacket?) seemingly escape the house and are running down the beach toward the ocean when he suddenly sinks up to his neck in the sand (?) and some thing (?) comes out from somewhere (or nowhere) with a chainsaw and takes it to his head. The girl manages to get inside a small rowboat and makes it onto the water and seemingly to safety when a hand suddenly tears up through the bottom of the boat and jerks her down into the water. That was the ending. These are some of the most vivid memories of my childhood, but I can find nil. Maybe I have more than one movie confused with another one, but I don't think so.

I saw this film on TV in the late 80s, but I think it dates from a bit earlier (perhaps as early as the mid 70s). It's an American film, in colour. The story involves a small group of men who decide to run across a large part of the USA, to the West coast (either for charity, for fun, or training, I can't recall, but the run was to last for several days at least). They say goodbye to their wives etc., and the story initially appears to be about endurance running. Not long after they set off, however, when they seem to be in the middle of nowhere, they are confronted by a gang which proceeds to harass them for days and days. The film becomes a nail-biting thriller. I think some of the men don't survive the ordeal, but a couple finally make it to a town, which is when the film ends. I remember that much of it took place in the desert, and I recall the first scary scene when one of the gang jumps out at a runner from behind a bush (the start of the ordeal). The gang also had motorbikes, whereas the runners only had, well, running shoes and a few provisions.

i remember from when i was under ten (1977). the only part of it that i remember is a young boy gets pushed from an upstairs window (by some sort of ghost?) and get's impaled on the buildings metal spiked railings. i am almost certain it is black and white, set in london, and the house had big victorian type windows. i think there may have been quite a few children in the film, and it was ghostly.

Result: Always Remember I Love You (1990) starring Patty Duke Astin. Thanx Diana. Jan 8, 2009

This was an American made for tv movie (I believe). It's about a baby boy that gets kidnapped from his yard and then is sold on the black market to a wealthy and somewhat disfunctional, yet loving family. Boy grows to his teen years and discovers he has a real family. He runs away in search of his family. He finds them and is taken into their home. He starts to have problems with his real brother and he eventually realizes that he should go back to his adoptive family because he is tearing apart his real family. His real family does not learn of his identity until the end of the movie when he leaves them a note.

Result: Don't Say A Word with Michael Douglas as the psychiatrist and Brittany Murphy as the missing girl who moves her fingers in a certain pattern while chanting "I'll never tell" - the pattern she taps has to do with a treasure hidden in someone's grave. Thanx Yvonne. Mar 23, 2009

I saw this movie on the tv about 3 years ago (2005 ish). I would class it as a thriller/drama. There was either a psychiatrist or counsellor who was asked to help find a missing girl. There was some connections to either a satanic cult or devil worshipping as they found a load of symbols in a church. The male actor was either Gabriel Byrne or someone who looked like him. In the end the girl was found in a chest in the house of an old woman was possessed by some spirit and tapped her fingers. At the end of the film the male actor sees the missing girl tapping her fingers the same way and realises she has been possessed. I think the old woman was in a wheelchair and had a man as her assistant/sidekick. It was an American film, in colour.

black and white US movie, setting in a mansion (in the country?) where a rich family prepares for christmas or the holidays (remember lots of snow) when a hobo (or stranger or John Doe) enters their lives. It is not "It Happened on 5th Avenue", but when I search on google, this film keep showing up, so I hope someone else knows what movie I'm looking for. Saw this some 30 years ago on TV, think it's filmed in the '40s.

Uh, hi, sorry to bother you, but i saw a movie a few weeks ago on tv, it was playing on a movie channel and it was about two sisters who lived in a house that was "enchanted" - not the good enchanted, i mean, kind of the bad, haunted enchanted. the thing is, i've tried to search for it but all i get is "A tale of two sisters," and i know thats not the movie. so here it goes:the movie was about two sisters, one had blonde hair and the other brown and they lived in this house surrounded by trees. they meet a guy, whose blonde, and the blonde sister - i think she was younger, falls in love with him and they plan to get married and everything. the other sister, when she finds out the younger one wants to leave, she sleeps with her sister's fiance when the sister steps out to go to the store. they leave, he lets her drive and after falling asleep, she ends up driving them right back to the house. and apparently, he then died in a fire when the older sister was painting. the younger sister finally leaves the house and that's all i can remember.- it was in color.- it was a recent movie, ranging from 3 - 4 years old

Result: Tales From The Darkside: The Movie (1990) (a portmanteau aka anthology film) "Lover's Vow" segment starring James Remar, Rae Dawn Chong (as the woman who changes back to a gargoyle, along with their children), Robert Klein // In the framework story, captive newsboy Matthew Lawrence reads stories to wicked witch Deborah Harry, who plans to cook him! At the end of this particular film, all I can recall is that a wife--a brunette, i believe--was arguing with her husband in the kitchen. She became angry/upset and started to "molt" into a winged, gargoyle like creature. As the husband pleaded with her to calm down, their two young children began to cry out and do the same as their mother, only in their bedroom. I saw this back in the early to mid 90's. However, I'm having a difficult time recalling whether it was TV or VHS. I am leaning toward VHS. It was in color, and almost certainly based in america.

This movie is about a little girl who kills her step brothers so that she could be the only one who gets attenton from her parents. The girl is either abandoned in a lake or park,Or a woman gives them the baby.A man and his wife and theyre sons take the baby girl home where she grows up and and starts to kill the sone because she wants to have all the attention. She kills one of the sones by drowing him in a lake by the house. The other I beleive she drops him from a top of a cabin. The father suspects what is going on and tell the wife, but she doesnt beleive him.The father then tries to kill the daughter and gets caught and they both leave him.In the end the father sees the same women giving the girl to another family. This movie is based around montana or somthing like that.It is from around the 1980's.The title of the movie if I am correct is giving relavence to a animal that kills the other eggs in the nest. this is probably an american film, shot in the period from 80s to 90s. all i can remember is that a woman strikingly resembling Lauren Hutton (it's not "Someone's Watching Me!" though) is living by the sea, the movie is shot mostly at night and she is being chased by a mysterious man in white suit and in the end after all the running and hiding they get to some docks and she manages to kill him on a yacht. Not sure, but he might have been some alien dude or something, think he's wearing sunglasses all the way too.

I vaguely remember this film but it haunts me for quite a while. I saw this film when I was 6. Do not remember if it is black and white or colour. A few bits and pieces I remembered was.1) Scientist doing some experiments, A lab skeleton, he accidentally broke one of the finger of the skeleton.2) Somehow, that skeleton became alive because of some chemical was accidentally poured on it or some sort.3) the living skeleton wears a trench coat and hat chasing after the scientist for revenge. The scientist locked himself in the room, then the skeleton walks towards it slowly and trying to turn the door knob, and it managed, it broke the scientist's finger as revenge. These are the only 3 scenes I remember.
