Sorry, but it's not Blood Massacre. I'm pretty sure that it came out in the mid-90's, 1995 or thereabouts, and the setting was more suburban. I recall that the house was one of those perfect white suburban-type homes. This is an American film from the mid-90's. It starts off as a post-Tarantino crime film, with a group of robbers (I think in masks and/or facepaint) breaking into a house and holding the family hostage. Then about halfway through it goes a bit Dusk 'Til Dawn when the family turn out to be cannibals or cultists or monsters or something like that. The robbers then get picked off one by one by the monsters.

it's an old forties-fifties film that I saw twice, but never really caught the name. The main point of interest is that there is this couple who own this lagoon that they use as a swimming pool, and that swimming pool was called the dragon pool or something along those lines. The only parts I remember are one man who tried to swim to the bottom and never surfaced, so his friends had to swim in and around the pool to find him, and the part where the police find his body in a cave, and at the bottom of the emptied pool there are prints that look like a giant lizard slash dragon had been in the water. I dunno what that movie is called, and don't know the name of the actors, but all I know is that it's an old black and white film which may have been made between the forties and fifties to early sixties, and the last time I saw it was on TCM around December 07.

I'm looking for a film from the late 80s/early 90s, I think (I remember seeing a still from it on the cover of Fangoria magazine around that time). All I can remember of the film itself are the monsters in it. They were stood about 3 feet high, were vaguely egg/teardrop shaped, had black skin and were covered in glowing yellow eyes. They also had two short legs which they waddled around on, E.T. style. Oh and they lived in a swamp.

I don't remember the characters in this film. However, this film was like an 80's or early 90's film where there was a group of teenage boys that witnessed some type of crime and the bad guys killed them. Then the friends' severed heads were brought back to life by some type of voodoo by a black woman. One of the boys was in love with this girl in which he visits here as he is (as just a head). So basically the boys are back to avenge their deaths.

I'm looking for a film which is PROBABLY from the late 70s to late 80s. Definitely no later than 1990. I believe it is a short film. I believe it played on Cinemax in-between movies. It was animated with stop-motion animation. It involved a strip of film coming alive, crawling out of the film projector, and moving about a room, eventually chasing a man who hides behind a door. The film strip then finds or tears a hole in the carpet, and burrows underneath into the room where the man is hiding. The film eats the man (I believe this is not seen) and you see his clothes and shoes left behind. I have been searching for any information about this for years and have had absolutely no luck. Please keep in mind, I may be wrong about it being a short film, I may be wrong about it being played in-between movies. It may have been a full length film with other things involved, or part of a compilation of stories in a full length feature or something like that. I am certain, however, that it is stop motion and contains the sequence I described above.

The film was about a woman who I think was a nanny she seemed pretty and oddly calm all the time. She stole babies or children or both and then went into I think a garden and would turn into a tree with the child in her arms. I remember there being more then one child's face on the bark of the tree. Like their faces were pushing out the bark to make their face print. She was able to remove herself from the tree and go steal more children. I don't remember her just stealing any kid off the street, I think she worked as a nanny and stole those kids.

The girls are worried and they all go to Malta Island to do a photo session there and that is the place where most of the film took place. He is discovered and I think he is finally killed. It was an American Indian warrior that is completely powder-white (my cousin and I always used to freak each other out by saying that "The white guy is after you"). Her older sister was disfigured in a fiery car wreck (the 20-something sister was driving) and now the non-disfigured sister has wierd trances where she sees coffins, like being buried alive. Everyone tells her her sister is dead, she won't believe them. She draws pictures of what she sees in her visions. The disfigured sister had a husband and young daughter, and the mother-in-law is really creepy. They lived in an old mansion. The girl eventually finds out the husband had an affair with a nurse and the disfigured sister is still alive, in the basement.really creepy.

Alright, so I've looked for this cheesy sci-fi movie that I saw on TV with a group of friends a year or two ago and wanted to find it again for the nostalgia. The basic plot of the movie was aleins landed on the Earth and looked like normal human females. And they were either trying to repopulate their race or look for lost members of their planet or something like that. And to repopulate they plant eggs in human males which kills the male.I remember it took place in a cold college town because the aliens needed it to be cold to survive. And the guys that became the targets of the aliens later in the movie found that boiling water melted (?) the aliens? Something along those linesAlso the ending was that the main guy of the movie's girlfriend had been one of the lost aliens all along and then it ends with her (presumably) killing him.It was in color, was on TV so it was probably a random sci-fi channel movie. The movie was set in modern day. And I've read some things online that mention similar sounding plots that use the name "Cocoon" but everytime I search for it I get the Ron Howard movies from the 1980s which I know it isn't.

It was set in the modern day, and I think the protagonists were a pair of gangsters going after the statue. I think the statue ended up in the possession of a dog.

Color movie, seemed to be set in New England during the 70s or 80s? Most likely the 80s. My family used to rent it from a local video store when I was about 7 or 8 (1996 or 1997?).The film was about a group of (three or four?) young boys who uncovered a murder-mystery in their small New England town. I remember that it reminded me of a cheap knock-off of The Goonies, in some ways. The main character was a handsome kid, and I think he lived with his single mother, maybe? There was a chubby kid, and a third kid who was kind of an arsehole and made fun of the chubby kid.For some reason I think I remember that the island that they lived on was having a bicentennial celebration? I seem to remember the fat kid ordering lots of food and being unable to ride a bike (though I could be imagining it).I can't recall most of the action part of the movie, though. I remember that they enter a cave at some point, and they also climb up to a lighthouse. In the past someone was murdered at the top of the lighthouse? Oh, and they find an old barnacle-encrusted (silver?) bell in the cove, and I think there might have been a treasure involved, too.Anyway, what I really remember is the resolution. The absented-minded old man that the boys befriend throughout the movie turns out to have amnesia. It was his silver bell that they found in the cove (they are able to confirm this because the bell was engraved with the name of his wife, Elizabeth or something). In the end the old man regains his memory, and with his portion of the treasure the boys found (?) gets a new boat.

It seemed pretty old, but I couldn't describe the era (I'm bad with eras, sorry). Characters are a man, a woman, and a little boy, perhaps two. Plot may have included this man meeting up with the woman and the boys, somewhere near the water? I recall some sort of happy reunion on the beach. I'm hoping the fact that it was on the Speed Channel helps to narrow it down.

I saw a film (it may have been a short) on cable television (don't recall the channel, probably HBO or Showtime) sometime around 1995. The details I remember - A guy (the actor was almost bald) comes to a girl's (she had red hair I believe) apartment, I think for a date - definitely a first meeting anyway. This is where the whole film takes place, or at least all I saw of it. They eat and talk, may have been some making out/foreplay at some point. Either way, there's some kind of dramatic tension the whole time, and certain things that are said make her uncomfortable/upset. Occasionally she seems like she might be a little crazy. At some point they go into another room, where there is a dollhouse and a lot of other junk laying around. I remember more talking, and more escalation of discomfort/craziness. I think she begins talking about taking care of the dollhouse, maybe about keeping dolls or something else in it, and maybe about her family/parents. Anyway, as she's talking it becomes apparent that this dollhouse is tied in with some kind of deep psychological rift this woman has, and the man starts to notice something, or several things, moving in the dollhouse. I remember her going through a wide range of emotions, including anger, depression, and really insane calm during the movement-in-dollhouse episode. I don't remember exactly how it ends, but I think all the stuff with the dollhouse is left mostly as a mystery, and he leaves her apartment rather uncomfortably.

She was in a hayloft and ended up falling out of the hayloft and that somehow transported her back to her grandfather's time. She starts out in a schoolhouse, where she disoriented-ly answers a question "the Beatles?", then some guy makes fun of her, and they both get paddled. Later in the movie, she tries to play baseball with the boys, and she bet one of the guys that she could play better than he could, and that he would have to bake cookies for her if she won/ She got sugar cookies. Another time, she wore her underwear to school, which covered most of her anyway, and her teacher was appalled. At the end of the movie, she wakes up, nd her grandfather somehow knows what happened. I believe the movie I am looking for was made sometime in the mid-to-late 90's (say, 1994 - 2000).One of the main characters was a young girl in her early teens, who says at some point she "has no friends at school". She befriends and consequently develops a crush on the protagonist, a man in his late thirties (I think), who later feels alarmed at also developing feelings for her. He confides in a friend of his about this. It is possible that they meet because he has recently moved to the area where she lives, but this may or may not be a memory from a different movie. It is also possible that the man knew or was a friend of the girl's mother. Finally I think he may have been a photographer, or had some related job.I'm having difficulty remembering much of the rest of the story; I always seemed to have something important to do when it was on.If I remember correctly, the movie takes place in either a very cold place or during winter. There seemed to be a lot of snow throughout.Scene: At some point, the girl is ice skating and pretends she is about to faint and fall. The guy catches her, and she says "My hero", before resuming her skating.Scene: Soon after they first meet, the girl tells the guy she has no friends at school and then tells him that "maybe [he] can be [her] bofyfriend" or something to that effect.

I saw the film in question on either IFC (the Independent Film Channel) or Sundance some time around 2000-2001, but aside from that, I don't know when it was first released. The film was about a bratty young Chinese girl sent to the Chinese countryside (by the government?), under the mistaken impression that she would eventually be returning to her city of origin. Years pass until she realizes that she's not going anywhere. Over time, she loses her innocence and the old man she'd been staying with shoots her. (She'd asked to be shot in the foot for some reason, but the man shoots to kill instead.) The implication is that it was a mercy killing.I seem to remember the film being a 20th-century (1900s) period piece set right after a war or revolution.

This movie looked like it was made in the mid-80s to early 90s. It's in color, and I believe it's a children's movie. A family is going on a road trip, and end up taking a road that isn't on the map. They wind up in a small mining town, in the wild west. The kids become suspicious, and something eventually happens to the parents. Eventually the kids discovered they're trapped, and for some reason one of them gets locked in the county jail. The sheriff gets punched in the face, and it turns to green goo. The kids discover an alien pod place where all of the real towns people have been preserved, and the aliens have created clones from them. Eventually the family escapes, happy ending.

I am looking for a movie maybe from the 80's it must have been atleast ten years ago when ive seen it. im not sure of actors names. i just remember a girl always riding her bike to spy on her mother's boyfriend and would take pictures of him having sex with other women and one time she snuck in the house and almost got caught. another scene i remember is the mother walking down the stairs and tripped over something which the daughter thought was put there purposely. and other scenes i remember were the daughter showed the mother the pictures of her boyfriend cheating so she left him and i remember the daughter upstairs in her room when the man comes back with his friends and throws the mother who is in a wheelchair down the stairs along with her daughter and the daughter knew how to mess with the fuse box so when another man went to fix it it had got him electricuted. but at the end of the movie i know the daughter stabbed him in her bedroom

I watched a film in the 80's, probably around 1987/8/9 set during the 2nd world war. I thought it starred Sean Penn but I could be very wrong. It was about a guy hiding from being sent to the front line. He hid out with girls from a band that sang to the troops in a club. One song that stuck in my mind had the lyrics - You are my heroes and I love you. You will be sailing across the sea, I will always be thinking of you, You are heroes to me. Not much to go on I know. I watched the film in England, but had to get the sound track imported from America (which has now sadly disappeared!)

I watched a movie while in Mexico on vacation at the beginning of June thsi year(the movie was american made)probably done in late 90's to now. It was about a guy that lived in a Prop Shop. There were other men that lived there or worked there as well, one may have been his brother. The youngest guy they kind of made fun of. He fell in love with a woman. She was interested in his creativity and the prop shop. He hallucinated that some of the props would come alive and tell him what to do. He would follow the woman an watch her in her home from outside. He was actually every introverteed. He even hallucinated that she had sex with him on a floor. He seemed to be a bit on the slow side or maybe savant. I also remember that he went to a movie theater and liked a girl in the booth so he would continue to return to the theater. At one point he was at the theater window and someone ran by him and knocked him to the ground.

I am looking for a Chinese/Taiwanese/Hong Kong (?) film made in the last 13 years or so which I thought was called "Hotel Happiness", but which I now can't seem to find under that title. It's about a young blind girl who is taken in by some down-at-heel types who live in a shantytown. They make a mock-up of a hotel massage parlour to make this girl think that she has got a job as a massage therapist, and for a while she is blissfully happy. Gradually we think she comes to realise the situation but doesn't let on so as not to disappoint her "benefactors", but finally it doesn't last and she leaves when the sham becomes unsustainable. It was a lovely, sensitive film

I watched this romantic movie somewhere in the 70's. There was a man who met this little girl (may be when they were both childs). I remember that for some reasson, he lost contact with her and he tried to find her following traces of her life. he keeps looking for her,but it seems every time he found a thread, she was alredy gone. He fell in love with her but, I dont remember exactly, he couldnt/wouldnt tell her he loved her. Also there was a thing about a painting of a lighthouse on an island. Every time he sees that painting, he feels something wrong will happen. I remember at the end of the movie, for some reasson he saw again the painting and found out that the painting was actually a real lighthouse island. He finally realized he must go to that little lighthouse island and when he got there, she was going/leaving (dont remember) the island on a boat. I think there was an accident and the boat (there was a storm) sank and she got the island but only to die on his arms.

This movie was about a teenager (college age I believe) who went on a trip by himself in the West (or California, something with long stretches of highway) and he picks up 2 hitchhikers and they kidnap him, drive him around for a long time, finally stab him in the throat with a penknife (very gory for a TV movie) and throw him in a river. That part is shown in the end when the killers are confessing. The movie is about the parent's search for him and them never giving up and finally finding the answers years later. I cannot remember the kid's name, and cannot remember who played the mother (a Stockard Channing type but don't believe it was her). This movie was made in the 1980s or late 1970s, TV movie that I saw played on Lifetime.

I'm looking for a film that aired on HBO during the daytime slots in the early to mid 1980s. I would say it was pulled from HBO's schedule no later than 1986-87 and has probably not been aired on the network since. I don't recall any of the actors in the film but the basic story involved a young pioneer (19th century) family that was attacked by a group of bandits. I seem to remember they wore trenchcoats and black masks. There was a strugle of somesort and the family's youngest daughter was killed in the ordeal (possibly by fire) The bandits may have attempted to torch the house. I vividly remember seeing a wild, out of control horse that was featured prominently in the front of the family's home during these scenes. I cannot recall if the daughter fell from the horse or died in some other fashion (fire). In any event, the majority of the film is set in the present day and it involves another young girl (same age as the pioneer girl) who lives in the area and begins to see visions of the old attack on the family. She quickly becomes determined to solve the mystery and give the spirit of the dead girl peace. I remember that she visits the old family's pioneer house and finds various clues that help her solve the mystery. At this point the pioneer house is now boarded up and abandoned in disrepair. There were many flashback scenes in this film where, with each flashback, the viewer is introduced to more detail around the attack on the pioneer family. It was as if the viewer is able to figure it out with the little girm in the story. I seem to remember there was an old man or woman who knew of the pioneer family and was familiar with the attack. He is presumably the only one who doesn't simply dismiss the ghostly visions the main character is now experiencing. This may have been a made-for-TV movie, a disney movie, and it may have even been made in the 1970s. I seem to remember the hairstyles and the color-scheme was already out of date for 1986. I can tell you its definately NOT "Child of Glass"

I have been trying to locate the name of this movie for almost 20 years. I seen it on VHS sometime in early 1989, a COMEDY, rated R or PG-13 (due to language and sexual content)and it takes place as one full day in the life with this married couple living in a trailer park, which includes a husband, a pregnant wife who wore a bikini and kept herself cooled off in a kiddie pool, and throughtout the movie the couple is always petty arguing, etc., the husband, I believe he has sex with a trailer neighbor. The actress was definately pregnant in real life while filming this movie because most of the time her pregnant belly is exposed. I seen this movie before "Jerry Springer" was ever a thought of a show, but you would think Springer based his entire talk show around this movie (ha, ha!). I don't remember who the leading actors were, but for some reason I'm thinking "the wife" had played in other movies prior to this one, and i think she had reddish hair. I also know i seen this movie before "Raising Arizona" was released because I remember thinking it was Nicholas Cage who starred as "the husband", but I have done many movie searches regarding Cage to locate this title name, but I have never seen it on his list. (Maybe because this may have been a B movie?)

It's about a young man about the age of 13 or older who is sent by his financially struggling family to be a sailor so he can help. I belive he falls overboard and wakes up on an island and eventually finds a cave with treasure in it. He has to fight of some pirates before making it off the island and bringing the treasure home to his family. The setting seems to be in the 1800's.

Saw this on TV about 25 years ago, but on TV so it might be older. It was in French with subtitles and was (I believe) specifically made as an attempt to get capital punishment abolished in France.Follows a murder investigation in which for some reason a ticket to a bull fight (I know, France!) takes on great significance. The accused appears to be a refined, well-to-do type of guy.He is convicted and sentenced to death.the final section follows an almost documentary style, as a voice over describes what they go through in the condemned cell ("they don't go to sleep until dawn in case the party arrives to get him" "The only night they sleep in Saturday - there are no executions on a Sunday")You then see the guillotine being prepared quietly and then it goes back to film style as the party come to get him. They talk to him soothingly then lead him down.he declines the chance to write a last letter, takes communion, then has a cigarrette put into his mouth (un requested) immediately before being executed.

There were also twin monsters I believe that looked kinda like Sloth from The Goonies. I believe there was some sort of will involved, but the kids end up trying to escape underground and there are traps all over.

I saw this film when i was a kid, on T.V. Probly betwwen 1993 - 1999, although the movie could be older. All i got to see was the ending so i can't really help with character names or anything. What i remember is the main character is a guy, who is married, and so older than a teenage but still young, is being pursued by the villain who seemed to be a human, who was kinda fat and had a good evil villain laugh, as he found the entire encouter funny. The main guy seems to be in the villains world which i believe to be a junkyard, tow truck yard, or trash dump. The guy almost gets killed by some machine with blades spikes and fire, before the conclusion. In the very end he wakes up to find himself on the couch, thinking it was a dream, his wife comes out, and he's feeling ok until he finds the the villains business card in his wallet, and runs away, right through the wall of his house leaving a hole in the shape of his body. I'm sorry i don't remember good details and didn't see the rest of the movie.

I Believe this movie was made in the mid 80's. It was a cheesy b flick about a guy/nerd who lived at home with his mom. She died. He was so upset that he used some sort of syrum or potion to bring her back to life. She came back alright but she was over-active. always cleaning and cooking. He got annoyed with her and tried to kill her. At one point in the movie, I remember him cutting his mom's head off and putting it in a bag and burring it in a grave. It was the only way to reverse the syrum or potion that he had given mom. The guy had this really hot neighbor who was about his age (20 something) and she kept coming over. Mom was this little plump short, curly haired homemaker who wore an apron. Mom was jealous of the girl and kept babying the son for his affection. Mom (I think) started killing people in very cheezy ways to keep her son's affection. The whole movie revolved around this guy trying to keep his mom from going outside and also trying to keep people from coming inside. I remember the girl wore a red dress with really red lip stick in one scene on the front porch. In the end, the inside of the house was destroyed due to mom's explosive cooking and murderous tendencies.

It always jumped out at me when I saw it as a child, but as a child, I was never allowed to rent it.As I remember, the cover showed a young boy (blond, I think), sitting on his bed. I think there was some darkness under his bed, and possibly some malevolent eyes or tentacles. it's possible that he had some kind of evil looking teddy alongside him too. I'm pretty sure that the boy looked "evil"; I think there was something wrong with his eyes, perhaps they were glowing, or black, or somesuch.I saw this cover in the early-to-mid 80's and it's always stuck with me, although I'm sure the details have become fuzzy over the years.

This ghost horror film I saw in 2005 or so, seemed to be made not long before that. The film involved a young couple who bought a cabin for the summer and were confronted with terrifying signs of ghosts. It seemed like a movie that got little exposure, perhaps a straight to DVD flick or an independently made one. What I remember most was the immense terror created by the skillful direction, story line, photography, a psychological heart-stopper from beginning to end. Neither of the lead actors were famous as I recall.

I saw a movie when I was a kid in the 70's, so it was probably made in the late 60's/early 70's. It showed a few times on Saturday afternoons, but I don't know if it was Creature Feature or not. I also don't know if it was color or B&W since we had a black & white tv set. I remember two scenes: The first was of a little girl whose house caught on fire. Before getting out of the house, she ran to her dollhouse to gather her small dolls. Each doll represented one of her family members. While hurrying to get out, she accidentally leaves behind her "grandfather" doll and it burns. If I remember correctly, her grandfather dies soon after. The second scene may have been a dream sequence. A woman (the little girl grown up?) is standing over a grave (possibly her grandfather's?) when an arm reaches up and grabs her. It wasn't Carrie or Burnt Offerings.

i saw this movie late 70's early 80's. i thought it was called Remurder (possibly british film?). memory really vague so these are the pieces i do remember.the movie starts with a kid coming out of a lake and ends with him going back into the lake. when he comes out my recollection is that he somehow (for symbolic reasons i think) grows an extra finger. before he goes back in the extra finger disappears. the first few scenes are of this kid in a school or church and he gets picked on. the movie then at some point, probably in the future, switches to a big white house that a bunch of teenagers (probably the kids picking on the kid in the beginning of the movie) end up breaking into for fun, or perhaps they are invited there by the murderer (the kid who got bullied?) who murders them one by one in these "horrifying" ways.one murder occurs during this scene where one of the victims walks into a room and someone is sitting in a swivel chair facing away; you can only see the back of the head. when the victim approaches the chair the person sitting there (murderer) turns 180 degrees and he's wearing a clown mask and uses a concealed flame thrower to murder the victim. in another scene i think he just shoots a victim who falls in the pool. there are other scenes where the murderer for whatever reason is messing around with the victims' bodies; sometimes wrapping them up maybe and or making manequins out of them.that's all i can recall.
