I am currently 52 yrs old but when I was a kid in the 60's ( probably 9 or 10) there was a short film I stumbled upon one day. I dont know how it started ( I tuned in after it began ) but it must have been some type of psychological short story. A man was in a small room with no doors or windows to exit. He didnt know how he arrived there but kept trying to find a way out. At the end he tastes jam ( I think on his finger) and somehow this is relevant to the beginning of the film and how it started.

I believe this film is from the early 90s. Color and I'm sure it was made in America. Less horror, more thriller. I believe the woman had short blonde hair and the man tall and thing with brown hair and facial hair. They lived on the beach and he became crazy...sounds a bit like Stanger Among Us...but its not. She would go out early and teach herself to swim so she could escape someday. Come to find out he had a trap door under the house with bodies below and he would chop them up and pour them into the cement when he made stairs at this lighthouse. I remember the woman trying to hide below the floor..

The movie is maybe early 80's, color and it's about a group of researchers that are in a building (Maybe a church) they are there to investigate something. There is a mirror in on of the rooms that is a portal to hell or something and I think a demon came out of it at one point and killed some of the researchers. All of the researchers have a dream about a dark figure appearing, walking out of the front of the building in the future. One of the female researchers gets sucked into the mirror and is swimming back towards the surface and is almost there when one of the last surviving male researchers throws an axe at the mirror, trapping her in it. At the end we see a dark figure emerging from the building and it's the female researcher all demonic...

I vaguely remember something to do with a drowning possibly. I remember the woman wearing a very conservative high collared black dress. I remember the children hiding from her in a closet because they were afraid and she was coming for them. They appeared to have quite a bit of money, dressed well and were in a large two story house. I believe the woman was played by somebody famous.

I am trying to find the name of a film from either the late 60's or early 70's. I have but a few recollections of it but I remember it may fall into the sci-fi category. There was a character who mysteriously shows up on earth, possibly from a ufo crash. This character looks human but seems to have healing abilities and is possibly thought of as a Christ-like figure from space. He may have been shunned by those he encounters because of his abilities. Time wise it was meant to be present day (for the 60's or 70's) and I don't remember any noteworthy actors in it.

I watched a movie on TNT (or a channel like that) at least 10 years ago (1997), maybe more. The movie is about a man and his daughter (I think the actor was Jeff Daniels, but I'm not sure). I think they had just recently moved into a bed-and-breakfast he was going to be running and his wife, the girl's mother, had died prior to the move. The details get a little fuzzy at this point, but there were some visitors from outer space who came to live in his house and had the ability to turn back time. They had come to him because there was going to be a meteor shower or an earthquake or something that was going to destroy the entire area and they needed him to go back in time to stop it and save lives (I think!). After he did what he needed to do and saved the day, he got the idea to use the time turner to go back in time and save his wife. The last scene of the movie (and the only one I disctinctly remember) is of the daughter walking through the hallway and hearing notes being played from the piano in a different room. The song is the one her mom used to play all the time. She calls out to her mother and walks into the other room. I'm pretty sure that's how it ends.

This movie is older, maybe 1930's or 1940's. I believe Tyrone Power is in it, but I can't find it on any of his filmographies. I begins with a woman who is an older schoolteacher, waiting to see an old student of hers who is now a prominent politician running for office. The rest of the movie is told in a flashback. When she was young she began teaching and eventually fell in love with Tyrone Power's character (another teacher in the school). But back then, it was kind of taboo for two teachers who worked together to date, so they kept it quiet. When their relationship is inadvertantly discovered, he quits his job in order to save hers and enlists in the army. He comes home on leave for Christmas and has two weeks before he is being sent to France to fight in the war. They decided to get married before he leaves for France. Then the story flashes forward to where the schoolteacher is recognized by her old student and his wife.

This film was in black and white. I saw this film in the early seventies on television. A young couple are traveling and ask to spend a few nights at the man's uncles' house. The uncle agrees with one stipulation: the couple absolutely has to remain inside their room when the uncle will be hosting a large group of people for a meeting the following day. During the first night, the couple hears the sound of chants coming from the ground floor of the 2 story house. They venture as far as the hallway outside their room, but don't go any further out of fear of being caught. The next day the man has to go into town for business. The woman stays behind at the house only to hear the same chants heard the night before. Out of cursiosity she ventures down the hall and halfway down the stairs only to catch a glimpse of the uncle and his guests conducting a type of satanic worship. The woman stumbles walking back up the stairs. The uncle and his guests hear the woman stumble and capture her before she can get back to her room. When the man returns from town, he is met by the uncle and his guests who inform him of his wife's unfortunate curiosity. From the looks of things, they transformed her into some sort of monster.

It was probably made in the early 70's. Its about a man that visits a new england town (I think new england) anyhow, the town is located in a wooded area, and you have to drive through some fog to get there, If I'm not mistaken, when the man wants to leave, the towns people won't let him, in the end he tries to escape along with a young girl from town, I remember they were running through the woods, and the people from the town were chasing them and throwing rocks, Well, one of the rocks hit the young girl in the head, and she falls down crying about how she's going to die, just like the rabbits they kill with rocks. Well, for some reason the man runs off without her, and makes it to a road, he gets picked up by a man in a car (I can't remember for sure, but I think its a cop) anyhow he tells the man his story, and the man tells him everything will be alright now, BUT the man ends up driving him through the fog again and takes him back into the town he just escaped from.

The door opens and this guy is sleeping/resting on the floor. Then a few drops of blood drip on his face. The guy wakes up and looks at this creature (surprisingly, he doesnt look horrified; if I remember correctly). The camera then shows the creature; its bluish/greenish (with no eyes ??) and has hands which have come out of his stomach and are dripping with blood!!

I can only recall a couple of scenes. but i think the movie focused around a hole in a backyard of some kids house that i guess was a portal of hell or just was home for demons. I am not sure when the exact date of when this film was released. its in color and im sure made in america. one scene a boy is sleep walking(maybe) and is walking down stairs. there is this fog that has red or green light shining all around. than a door opens and a girl walks out with a dress on and the boy begins dancing with her, he might have kissed her aswell. but the girls turns into a dead dog that i guess belonged to him.another scene is i guess where a dead electrician or plumber pops out of a whole in a wall, sideways. Two boys,i guess, have to cross in front of the man but they are scared. finally, one boy crosses fine and tells the other to do the same but as the other boy walks by, the dead man springs to life and snatches the boy and drags him into the wall. that boy is later to wake up in a hole that was in the backyard of the house where he is than attacked by little white demon things, i believe, and turned into a demon himself.

I have been trying to figure this movie out for awhile. I believe it came out in the 1990's and may have even been a "Lifetime" type of made-for-tv movie since i've never seen or heard of it again. I would really love to know what it was though. It was about two doctors that worked at a hospital and from what I can remember they had a very casual, humorous, for-the-love-of-the-game attitude about medicine. They were definitely not the type who followed rules whatsoever and the predominant attitude I remember about the movie was simply that these two doctors did not follow the rules because they were more interested in saving lives. There are two scenes that I remember:1) I think it was a public or poor hospital, because I remember these doctors running out of supplies and doing something they MIGHT have called a "midnight run" - when the hospital was quieter late at night, one would hide under a sheet on a stretcher (posing as a dead body) and the other doctor would cart the stretcher up to another floor of the hospital. Once there, they went into a supplies room, the doctor jumped off the stretcher, and they both filled it with supplies and covered the supplies with a sheet.2) The two doctors were late to a hospital meeting that was being held in a large auditorium. They walked in late, with fast food bags in hand, walked to the very front of the auditorium while the president or CEO etc of the hospital was speaking. They sat in one of the front rows, propped their feet up on the chairs in front of them, and pulled out their food and proceeded to make a lot of noise as to overtly not pay attention to the administrator.

It looked to be a late seventies movie, or an early eighties dubbed foreign film (French?). Anywho there was a young lady who travels by train to the countryside to stay with either friends or an aunt. She spends an afternoon painting with her older ladyfriend/aunt and gets paint on her shirt. Older lady takes off the girl's shirt, and then they shower together. In a later scene, she rides in a red biplane with a handsome man, and is aroused by the co-pilot stick. The title was the first name of the young leading lady character. I once thought it was called "Felicity", but that is a different movie by John LaMonde.

I remember a movie in around 1995 I saw on Cinemax. I don't remember and of the characters names but it was about a man who held a woman captive in his house (one of the rooms). I remember a scene where the woman tried to escape through a doggie door in the door to the room and got stuck and the man had to use butter to loosen her up and get her back in the room. Later on in the movie, the woman tried to seduce the man in an effort to escape.

She's held captive but another guy saves her in the end and they get away in a small plane after being chased by the natives.

I saw this movie in the late 70's when I was a kid. It was in black & white. It was about a boy who was either an orphan or a runaway. Anyway, all these murders were happening in the town. The boy befriended a drifter or migrant-type worker. I think they went to a new town and the murders continued. Even the minister was killed. Eventually, the boy found a nice older couple that wanted to adopt him. The murderer came for the couple but when he did the boy recognized him as his friend and persuaded him not to kill them. I think he was committing the murders with an axe.

I saw this horror movie back in the early 90's, but can't seem to remember the name of it. It starts out with this mother shopping at a grocery store. While she is in the store, a deformed murder breaks into her car and lays down in the back seat. The lady comes out, puts the groceries in her trunk, and drives home with the man in her back seat. When she gets home, she goes inside where the man grabs her and locks her somewhere in the house. Then, the lady's daughter comes home with her boyfriend and the couple showers and gets "busy" until the psycho steals the boyfriend's motorcycle. The boyfriends chases after the psycho until the psycho stops and kills him. Then, the psycho goes back to the house and grabs the girlfriend and torments her and her mother.

I vaguely remember a film that used to air on Cinemax, I believe. The gist of the film was that some people were spending some time in an old house (think large victorian mansion) either renovating it, or something else, and someone became possessed (a woman, as I recall). She then proceeded to kill most of them, until there were two men left alive. They barricaded themselves up in an upstairs room, where they fashioned crude weapons with which to dispatch her, should she break through. I remember one of the weapons consisted of a skil saw (round) blade with a handle screwed into its center, so it resembled half of one of those ab-wheels in design. I also remember that they were wounded, and attempting to survive until the sun came out, because they were reasonably certain that the curse or possession would be lifted when day broke. I think the movie ended with them lying there bleeding and waiting for the sun, but I can't remember. Also - it seems like somewhere at the end of the credits, it said something about a House - maybe this was a production title, or part of an effects company, etc. and not the name of the film - for instance it could have been something like: Last House on the Left, Hell House, etc. - although I don't think either of those (actual films) is the one I'm looking for.

I am looking for this really bizarre horror movie I saw somewhere in the late nineties and early 2000, it just left such a strong imprint on my memory, I really want to watch it again. Here are some clues, unfortunately I don't remember much... 1)very bizarre and cool enacted logo of the production company: it included a giant vagina and a giant penis responding to it and than running and entering it, as if they were having sex and than an orgasmic sigh. 2)i think there was some greenish disgusting monster arising from a toilet, something without form or shape, really weird 3)a guy and a girl -- both with thick glasses, unable to see without them I think. 4)some newspaper clippings, serving as a clue for the guy, maybe to save the girl, can't remember. 5)reeeeally weird lighting, esp. when seen from the guy's point of view, very bright blinding light when he gets outside of apartment. 6)even weirder soundtrack -- probably some heavy metal mixed with heavy whispering, very strong whispering, as if right in your ear, probably the guy's thoughts.6)i guess it was a romantic story somehow. interestingly both the guy and the girl were ugly.Anyway, that's it I guess. It was some z-grade movie probably, but I really wanna know what it was.

I saw a movie at home, when I was a young girl maybe 7-8 years old. I saw it in the 80's, I am now 27 years old. There was only one part of the movie that stuck with me, and keeps popping into my mind every now and then. I don't know what the rest of the movie is about, I just know one specific scene. I believe, (but am not certain), the scene is at the beginning of the movie. There is a teenage girl and she is planning on going on a boat with her friends. Her mother says farewell and waits awhile and her daughter returns home, but is acting very strange. The daughter is staring straight ahead and climbs the stairs. The mother is trying to talk to her daughter but she will not answer. The mom is a few steps behind her daughter in climbing the stairs and sees her daughter go into her bedroom. When the mom turns to go into the room, her daughter has disappeared. You see the daughter had died somehow on the boat trip and it was her ghost that came home climbing the stairs. Hence why she was acting strange, even robotic.

I have been desperately searching for an animated film, more than likely British and which I believe was a half-hour long, which was aired on WLIW-TV, a PBS station from Long Island, New York, about ten years ago (so 1998 or so) on Christmas Eve, before "Bernard and the Genie" at about 11pm or 12am. It seemed to be made in at least the 1980s and certainly wasn't a Disney or Warner Brothers product. I had thought the title was "The Maypole Cat," but an Internet search didn't reveal anything with that title. As I remember, it was about a cat in a lighthouse, I think set during the Christmas season.

What I can recall was that the plot involved a police officer who was having marital problems being placed on administrative leave. While he was on admin leave a fellow detective was sent to his home to look in to a possible shooting and started having an affair with his wife. Back in the 70's, they had periodic film specials for teenagers on the big three networks. One movie I can't recall that much about was basically a ghost story about a young male hitchhiker thrown from a car being driven by a reckless driver. He dies bleading shortly after being discovered by a young woman. He returns as a ghost to find the person responsible for his death. He appears human to all around him, and in his quest, the woman who originally found him falls in love with him, though does not realize who he really is.After he brings the person to justice, he takes the young woman down to the beach, where there is a huge sand castle he has built with candles in all the windows. He explains who he is, in which the woman suddenly realizes he is the man she found dying on the highway earlier. He then goes to the next world, leaving her the sand castle to remember him.

Hello, I am looking for a movie that was made in the 80's (or early 90's-I remember the quality being similar to the Adventures in Wonderland Disney television series but somehow remember watching this movie before that show). It's a kids movie, live action about a girl who walks through the mirror in her bedroom and into a fantasy world. I don't remember much of the plot but I remember there was a brick road that was sideways (on the wall) that she had to walk on and at the end of the movie was an evil queen type character and a rose (and a tree?) and the evil queen type character was trapped by the girl under this human size bell jar type thing. I looked in the found pages and the closest thing I could find was the huggabunch movie but this one was live and for a slightly older audience.

Lots of scenes of build up of her being stalked then she reached her door just as the panther struck. the scene switched to being shot from inside her home. You heard the panther strike the door and the claws raking the wood. You saw the horror on the faces of the girls parents who didnt dare open the door. You heard the girl scream and the panther growl. Then silence. Focus on the door thin dark line of blood starting to seep under the door. End scene.

This film is based in America in the early 1940's just as America joins the war - at least I think it was WWII, there is a sequel to film. The scene I remember the most is where the family, before Christmas go skating on the frozen pond and I am sure they sing "Harvest Moon". The father is called George, and there is strict housekeeper and young son who keeps annoying the young lovers with his catapult. The leading lady, the young daughter is a famous American film star whose name escapes me. I remember watching this film with my mother in the UK a lot in the early 1980's on TV, and I would really like my daughter to see it. I am sure George is a bank manager.

I saw this movie on Showtime in 1999. It starts out in a diner. This group of boys are sitting around and they dare one of them to ask out the waitress. They leave in a stolen car. They go to a poolparty and later they drink around a campfire. One of them has sex with the girl. they were supposed to find a girl(it was a sorority thing) and videotape her and pretend to kill her. Well the boy having sex with her goes for the gun and it has bullets in there and kills her. So they all corroborate their stories and they bury her. One of them goes to jail for the theft of the car. Years later the site where they buried the body is purchased to be developed. It reunited the guys so they could dig up the body and move it..but the girl never died..it was all a fake...Can you find this movie for me??Good luck..I have searched long and hard for many years. I thought there was a red head in the movie.

I am looking for the title of a 90's Made-For-TV movie/Color/USA. It began with a group of girls that are going on a summer vacation road trip together. On the way, the driver doesn't see a woman in the road and accidentally runs her over, killing her. The girls decide not to tell anyone what happened and they hide the body - I think they miss a high heeled "shoe" which is, I think, used as by cops as evidence of what happened. But later on in the movie, the girls are staying in a hotel. The driver feels so guilty by what she has done that she jumps from the roof into the swimming pool, killing herself.

I cant for the life of me remember the title of this movie. Please help me. The movie started in a three story apartment building. There was a little girl who grew up there. She had a mean abusive mother and in one scene the mother yells at her and sends her outside to play. the girls in the front of the building were jumping rope and she started to play with them and then they started strangling her with the rope. The abusive mother eventually killed the father and was after her too (the little girl). Later the little girl is now a beautiful woman with dark long hair. She keeps seeing visions of a lady in white and as shes staring at the lady a car narrowly missed her. This guy stops and helps her (a photographer)and they start talking. They eventually started dating. Now shes does have a brother who is a priest but he wants nothing to do with her and blames her for what happenedShe consults him cause shes having reoccurring dreams of what happened when she was little and seeks advice from him, he turns her away and closes the church doors. Later in the movie, at the end. shes inivited to a party where weird things start happening and eventually she tries to leave and she cant they corner her on the roof and explain to her that she was brought back to the same apartment where she grew up because she was supposed to die there and no the party goers were going to kill her. She fell off the roof. Then the same guy she was dating meets a blond and showers her with compliments and probably does the same thing to her. the movie ends. I saw this movie on cable in the late eighties or early ninties. It may be an Italian movie because I remember the people dressing a little different and the move of the lips werent on sync with the voices.

I believe this film will have come out in the mid-late 1970s or early 1980s. 1980's..... saw it on HBO. During the whole movie, the main character was watching pieces of film footage but needed to find some missing feet of film to solve the puzzle. The plot (this is vague) is a woman goes to a large house (Mansion) to possible work for two elderly men. They end up trying to kill her. They unplug the phone. There's a point where there is a storm and she drives to a gas station (I think) and the attendant eventually comes to her rescue. It's more of a thriller. The movie allows you to get to know a lot of the personalities of the town and the families that live there.
