I'm looking for a movie that features a scene in it where there's a man (a school janitor) who is cleaning the pool at a local academy, and as they are looking for some sort of key, they come across a dead body that is blocking the pool from being drained. I may have the details wrong, but I'm looking for some sort of thriller/mystery that involves a man cleaning a school pool.

Looking for a movie in the late 80's early 90's where there was a man who was involved in an industrial accident, He was betrayed by a partner locked inside a testing area and exposed to some kind of radiation, the suit he had been wearing was fused to his body and was robotic making him almost unstoppable. At one point the bad guys had caught him inside some sort of tank that had a liquid that immobilized him, they placed the tank in a truck and transported him some where, but while in transit the truck lost control and he was free!

I saw a movie on TV in 1990, and the movie looked to be from the early 80's or late 70's. There was a family staying in an old victorian house for some reason. I believe they were in some relation to the woman in a locked room upstairs. I was only a kid when I saw this, so I don't remember the entire plot. I remember something about a pair of eyeglasses by the pool. At the end of the movie, the husband wants to leave, I believe, and can't find his wife. He sees the locked door on the second floor is open and walks in. You see the back of the old ladies head, and then she turns around, and it's his wife!

During the 1990's There was a movie about a man born upon the earth during a full moon. It was rather awkward because his mother had him for only a night not 9 months of pregnancy and somehow it was caused by this weird magical gem worn by his mother. Apparently this guy is evil as he killed his mother and made a map to seek other powerful and magical gems from his mother's womb/skin. Then there was this guy and girl who were killed and revived only to have super powers in order to defeat the evil guy. Their parents mixed some magical herbs inside their body which is the main reason why they have some powers like telekinesis. I remember its ending where the bad guy is defeated as he turned his head to the girl and the rest of the gems dissappered.

I saw this film on television when I was young , probably between 1973 and 1980. It was black and whte and all I can emember was that at the end of the filem (I think) there was a scene a woman with black hair was in th ocean, near some rock, and it was rough, I think there was a storm. Anyway I think she was drowning and a man was trying to reach out his hand to help her but she ended up accepting her fate and saying goodbye to him. It was dramatic and sad. Im not sure but it may have been near a lght house as well.

I've been trying to find a movie that I saw on TV, I believe in the 1990's. I'm pretty sure that it was on a premium channel, such as HBO or Cinemax. In other words, it probably wasn't made for TV. It was definitely in color. Unfortunately, I only remember bits and pieces. It seemed mainly to be about an underground treasure. 2 young males found it, only to discover they ended up locked in with it. There was a scene in a cemetery, where a woman is confronted by a villainous type, reaches behind a tombstone to grab her shotgun, and ends up shooting herself by mistake. Additionally, the movie also featured a man tied to a weight in a rapidly rising river. He was given a knife, and a choice to cut off his leg or drown. I want to say this movie ended with a man digging in the cemetery in an attempt to find the treasure.

Need the name of a movie or TV show from the mid 80's or 90's. It's about music that is played at a club and makes people sick. They try to fight this "sickness" but it turns out that it's really just a change. Their skin turns green and people's eyes change size and shape like alien's. In the end, the sun becomes closer to the earth making this change needed to survive. Some people make the change and some do not.

It must be an early 70's or more likely 60's movie. All I remember is a scene (probably at the end) where there was some kind of revolt and robots were impaled on to the walls and ripped apart. As I remember the robots were white and fairly simple with round metal screen for a mouth. [The robots had round metal screens or mesh for mouths. Essentially it looked like a round speaker cover. The heads were white and human shaped but not a helmet that I remember. The eyes were round. There would have been a person in the costume so they looked human head to toe. They were all white that I remember.] Very simple, very clean looking. They seem to be servants in the movie.Definately a low budget movie. I watched it last in the mid 70's and I cannot remember the name. I remember the move was in B/W but I cannot be certain of that.

He makes his own clothes i think. Only scene i can remember is the ending. He was sitting on a mountain top next to his watch fire with smoke blowing around wearing animal fur as clothes and what looked like potato sacks as sneakers. All of a sudden he sees a rescue helicopter fly over but for some reason he doesnt look excited or happy that hes been rescued. It's not My side of the Mountain or The Earthling.

Looking for probably 88-90ish horror/sci-fi film? Was on TV (UK) maybe. About a boy/teen that was protected by a group of sci-fi soldiers. Each soldier had their own speciality (I think) and took turns to look after the boy. Most of them died saving the boy, I remember a woman also looking after the boy. I think there were some kind of aliens after the boy - not sure. There was lazers maybe green, and other various weapons, the woman protecting the kid, think she was one of the last ones to protect him.

I saw this film I think on Channel 4 in the uk probably 20 years ago now it's a black and white film probably from the 30's or 40's. It's split into 3 or 4 different stories and I think the same lead actor is in them all (he's certainly in the 2 I can remember). One of the stories involves a woman looking at a painting of a house with a light in the window when a man comes up to her and asks if she thinks the light would look better on the other side (I'm paraphrasing of course as it's been about 20 years or more since I saw it), the next thing she is in the house in the picture it'a all very creepy and someone is on a ladder with a candle in the window. The only other story I can remember anything about involves a politician and ends with someone having a heart attack again it has an air of the occult about it and the same actor who transports the woman into the painting plays one of the politicians.

I've been wondering about this movie for a while, and can't find the name of it anywhere. I remember scenes from it (and I believe it may have been a lifetime movie)- but I know it's not recent. I remember seeing a coffin with a little girl standing beside it, and someone comes up to her and tells her that her mother wants to see/talk to her, so she goes behind these big doors to see her mother dressed in all black. She asks these questions and says that the little girl loved her father (the one in the coffin) more than she loved her. Later the girl runs out to the beach by the house where her mother is walking slowly into the water and the little girl screams and cries and watches her mother as she drowns herself still dressed in all black. After that I kinda remember little bits and pieces of scenes where the girl is grown and has a husband, and one night they had this party, and I remember seeing a green house, and the girl runs back inside hurt and everything saying she saw her mother.

I remember it as sort of a cheap Alien copy. This team is sent to investigate a space station on a planet, where they have had no news for a while. It's in a desert setting (your basic rock quarry cheap sci fi setting!). They get to the station, find a bunch of bodies. All the bodies are empty, hollow, when the touch the space suits they just sort of deflate, the body inside is hollow and dried up. Standard chased by monsters fare for the rest of the movie. I remember the monsters looking like small weird 'balls' really (there was a parody of this using big hamburgers) chasing our heroes in the movie. There was a scene where the heroes are inside what I remember looked like a caravan really, these strange round monsters chasing them. I remember a lot of it taking place outside in a desert / rock quarry setting. The aliens were maybe maximum 1 meter tall creatures and I remember them as being ball shaped roughly, no real legs or anything, big mouth. I remember there was a Danish weekly satire show, the week after this movie was broadcast they did a parody of the movie, using big hamburgers as monsters. So I am sure the aliens were somehow round ball shaped, brown or black.

A Movie. This was definitely 70s. And every time the camera would pan to the horizon the eerie 70s type music would play and you would see this enormous ball / boulder rolling (or maybe bouncing). I just recall a couple (?) or a man being chased or seeing huge huge rocks rolling around in the desert. It was very eerie. I recall it playing several times during my childhood on regular cable television. It was very surreal. There is a slight chance that there was some kind of alien / ufo plot involved?

This movie/anthology series? had some people flying in an airplane and they land in a small town. I think the plane was damaged so they tried to leave by automobile. As they travel at night out of the town they notice headlights coming toward them from the opposite direction. They stop and realize it was their own reflection. The whole town including them were trapped in some kind of glass jar. They tried to dig their way out and actually found where the glass ended underground. They were doing this in an old house because they didn't want the towns people to know what they were doing. They must have been brainwashed because they were kept alive by some kind of alien feeding tubes.Well, one of the men who was digging went outside and sat in the vehicle-a jeep I think- and it was picked up by an invisible force and they never saw him again.

In the early eighties a film was shown about a man (he has atravelling mate?) who had to find his way home. It was a late night movie i saw (as a rerun?)on a German television channel. During the story it wasn't clear why he had to go on a trip to the mountains. He ends up on a mountain, where there is a cavern I don't remember much, but he was a bit of a 'man in black' type: neatly dressed in a bit inflexible. When they enter the cave, the lights switch on and there are rows of bodies on tables and only then he explains the purpose of their quest. I can't remember if he's keeping some kind of balance or just observes mankind, but it's done for many centuries. I saw it in Black and white, so productiondate might have been earlier then the seventies. They bodies were his predecessors in guarding the earth. Now he has to join them and hand over the responsibility to his travelling mate.

I am trying to remember a movie my mom was watching one time when I was younger. I might be combining more than one movie here but all I can remember is that there was this one part where one or two dudes get naked and run and jump into a lake or a pool or something but they're not gay I don't think because there's a woman involved throughout the movie. I remember A LOT of nudity both male and female. I remember one scene, they were in a house (I think the house was haunted or something?) and one of the men was doing a drawing of the woman naked. And then this is where I wonder if I'm mixing movies, I seem to remember an old woman and faces of fire exploding out of the windows of the house. I think the period may have been the 30's or 40's because I think I remember the woman having short dark hair with finger waves. The movie had to have been made in the 80's or 90's. I'm thinking it was made in the 90's. The movie was in color and I probably saw it sometime between '93 and '99 and I'm pretty sure it was on TV but my mother may have rented a VHS or pay per view or something.

May have been a movie or episode from an Anthology series, possibly in the mid 80's to early 90's. All I can remember is that the the son and wife believe their father/husband died in some type of accident. The man is kept alive in a white suit, kind of like a space suit. Towards the end of the movie the man is trying to rescue his family and while doing so falls into a big container of thick liquid. At the end the son goes to some type of museum and see's his father displayed in this suit.

In the late 1950s or early 60s ( I'm thinking 1958-1962 ) There was a weekly show on called " Thriller " with Boris K. as host. In this one show it starts out with a witch being hung. After she dies she is clutchig a wig. I think it is a few years later the wig ends up somewhere and a lady tries it on ( not knowing there is a spell on it ) . She has to keep it because when she wears it she is prettier, but when she takes it off she is bald and has these scalely looking things on her cheeks. she takes revenge out on these different men. She acts like she likes them but while they are kissing she removes the wig and they are real frightened and she scratches them to death. This really frightened me because I was very young. We called the lady Scaley because of her cheeks When my brother wanted to have fun by frightening me he would say Scalely is here. I've alwys wanted to know the name of this. I have no idea when the movie was made but I'm guessing it was no later than 1990. Film was in color. But the only things about the movie I can recall is the beginning and the end. In the beginning there are two girls in the attic. One is doing witchcraft and the other is watching her. Well the parents find them and end up hanging the one doing witchcraft, but in actuality the one who was doing witchcraft transferred bodies into the daughter of the parents, so the parents really hung their own daughter. At the end of the movie the witch is at it again chasing after this girl that I'm guessing resembles her in her past life. Well the girl is frantically running away and spreading, I'm guessing red brick dust to ward off people with bad intentions. So shes trapped in this room and spreads the dust all around her in a circle and the witch somehow gets in the room and starts saying something like "All we needed you to do was believe" so she would be able to switch bodies with her. I'm guessing the movie takes place in a rural atmosphere, maybe Louisiana. I think I also recall the witch to be really old and the girl to be a caretaker or something.

Saw this on tv late one night in 1992: possible a made-for-tv movie with a circa mid '60s or early '70s feel, washed-out color film. A young couple are the main characters. Woman has longer dark hair. Man's hair is coiffed a la Gary Cooper. Man is wearing a turtleneck, maybe the woman is, too, and maybe a shorter skirt? Vest? They spend a lot of time standing around a car that has crashed into a big tree on the side of the road in the countryside. There's mist, and no other traffic. Nothing much around. In the background or somewhere off to the left down the road is a mansion with an older man living there. There's some interaction between the couple and the man, or one of the spouses and the man. Can't remember much else, but at some point near the end either the husband or wife (or both?) realize that the other spouse (or both of them?) died in the crash. Wish I could remember more. (sounds very much like Topper with Cary Grant, but it was in B&W - me)

I believe I saw this film on Cinemax in the late 80's or early 90's. It was a European made movie set in Victorian times about a husband and wife that visit an inn. The room they occupy is nice but decorated with sensual pictures. The wife is aroused by these but the husband is too puritanical to pursue any action. The slimeball innkeeper, who reminds me of Snidely Whiplash, is in total lust for the wife. One evening she returns to the room to take a nap while her husband is away. The inkeeper waits until she is asleep and then sneaks in. She awakes comically to what she thinks is her husband making love to her while she stares at one of the sensual pictures on the wall (it is really the greaseball innkeeper). She only seems mildly annoyed when she finds out the truth.

Sometime in the mid to late 80s when I was a child, I had a Masters of the Universe VHS that wasn't part of the regular cartoon series. It was actually comprised of a series of single animation frames that were foiced by actors, rather than your average run of the mill motion animation. It also had a couple different stories. One of which was about how Skeletor managed to steal He-Man's power sword and merge their two swords together so he could unlock the front "jawbridge" of Castle Grayskull. Another one of the tales had He-Man entering this giant eye that was inside of Castle Grayskull called "the Great Eye of Eternia" or something like that. I've searched all over the internet and no one's ever heard of it before.

I saw this film on TV between 1980 and 1995. It was set in an American high school and the main theme was a group of students who were organising/performing an end of year concert featuring songs and a band. there was a romance between two of the students which involved opposition from parents and /or teachers both to the romance and the concert itself. There was a cliff nearby which one of the characters fell or jumped off and died. The concert took place as a tribute to the dead student and the film ended with great applause from all concerned in the dispute and tearful expressions of sorrow.

This movie was made in the last 3-4 years (2005-2008). It is about a teenage boy who gets shot by a teenage girl from his school. He is sort of in a coma, but not. She thinks that she has killed him in the forest and has her guy helpers put him in a drain. The boy thinks he's dead, but he's more like in-between life and death. The girl is a small time petty thief and can hear him speak but very faintly. She lives with her mother, her mother's new husband, and her little brother. She is a troubled teen. At the end of the film, she is shot, finds the boy, calls the police, and he is rescued. She then goes to the hospital where he is and lays down next to him in the hospital bed. It leads you to believe that she gives up her life in order for him to survive. The last scene of the movie had the teen guy talking to her brother, who is flying a model plane where he shouldn't be. I saw this film late 90's, although it was on t.v. so it could have been released late 80's to late 90's, although the look of the film suggests its a 90's movie in colour. I can't remember much about the plot, but i think it was a typical boy meets girl teen romance.i can remember one scene (possibly the ending) after the boy and girl have some sort of argument( she feels he has changed and isnt the same person anymore so she leaves him), he comes to his senses and grabs his motorbike.he races to find the girl who is set to leave on a boat with her mother. he races on his bike to the end of the pier shouting for the girl, the girl hearing him shout turns round and sees him. they both jump into the water and starts swimming towards each other for a happy ever after kiss.i think that was the ending.

I watched this movie on Showtime back in the early 90's. Began with attractive sarcastic teenage girl (18?) breaking up with her boyfriend who is approx. same age. She may have told him "Your're boring". Shortly later, maybe the next day, the ex-boyfriend seed her father leaving for work and tells him "your slut daughter broke up with me". The girl meets some tough guy mechanic and follows him to big city (maybe New York ?) I thought the movie was called True Love or True ?

The movie I am looking for is rather recent in the past few years. I had it written down, but have misplaced it. A man is notified that his father or grandfather died, who is japanese, I think. The young man is married to a pretty american wife and they have a young son. They fly back to Japan to attend funeral, and shortly after the young man is called back to the states because of urgent work. The wife and little boy decide to stay and tend to the widow. Business associates and the widow of the deceased are alwalys acting like they are hiding a secret. the little boy begins seeing a ghost of a girl and she is very scary. She keep leading him to a room in the home that is locked. A series of hauntings begin and the wife of the deceased keeps tight lipped about whats going on, because she knows these are vengful ghosts. It turns out that many many years ago they were in the business of doing traditional ceremonies of bones that were disturbed for whatever reason and paid to respectfully put them to rest. But what they did instead was take the money and not bury the remains. They used the money to drain some kind of liquid from animals. Really disgusting, but can't remember why. they kept the remains that people gave them and put them in a wall and forgot about them and there were hundreds! The girl the little boy keeps seeing apparently caught the eye of the old man that died when he was young, but the woman who is now widowed, murdered her back them because she was jealous. So this old woman knows that this is the girls spirit. Anyways the little boy is being haunted by these ghosts because I think they want him to release their souls, or they want their revenge and decide to take his soul. Can't remember that part, but the little boy begins to get hurt by the ghosts and starts to get really sick. the ghostly parts of the movie are really scary. The young man comes back to get his wife and son after she frantically calls him and tells him that the little boy is very sick and could die, because the ghosts are draining his life. Of course he thinks his wife is just losing it and returns to find out that it is true. They end up following the little boy to the room and they discover the wall and break the bricks and tons of bones begin to fall out of wall. The ghosts get there revenge on those that did this to them, including the old woman hiding in her room upstaris while the bones are being released. I just can't remember the name of this flick. It was on SCIFI channel about 2 months ago. Very cool scary movie and very recent. There were no well known actors in this flick, but it was a great movie.

So this movie is probably from the early 90's or late 80's. I borrowed it many many times form the library. But I was quite young so the details are a little sketchy. I know that there is a boy and a girl who are running away from some people (family?) with dogs chasing them, then they dive underwater and it becomes animated. Underwater I'm not sure all that happens, but I know there are singing cherubs or babies with lots of bubbles and what looks like a bird bath. I'm pretty sure the film becomes real life again when the children return out of the water.

The film may be foreign maybe not, it was set in the 1600's I believe and was about a pretty maiden sent to marry a rich unattractive older man and they lived in a palace type dwelling. The story is about the maiden and the rich mans nephew, they fall in love & have an affair. Some jealous woman spying down the corridor tells on them & they are eventually discovered. The ending is quite sad, as the nephew betrays the maiden he so called loved by having a meaningless roll in the hay with the maidens chamber maids, right in front of her and the maiden finally lands up living her life in dungeon, at some convent. I want to say this movie was based on a true story. I don't remember any subtitles and it was in color and in english but there were accents, I want to say it was french, I may be wrong. I watched this film about 12-15 yrs ago. I thought it was called blasphemy, but I think I am wrong. The VHS case was black I remember with red wording. It was not Moll Flanders or princess Bride. I didn't recognize any of the main characters, but I think the rich Uncle wasn't a complete unknown.

It was in the late 70's or very early 80's.In it, a boy (for sure) and I think a girl, went to their aunt's house for a visit while their parents went on vacation. The parents ended up dying in a car accident and the aunt raised the kids and was a total control freak. I think she wanted them as her own but wouldn't let them leave the house or anything. The only real part I remember was that the aunt cut the brake line on their car and ultimately murdered the parents herself. I was thinking someone like Jimmy McNichol or Lance Kerwin played the role of the boy

this movie is i think from the eighties. The main character is a girl with short brown hair and I think her name is Toby. I remember the movie being a sort of slasher comedy. It begins with some words at the bottom of the screen, cliche horror phrases are written. I know there is a killer on the loose and its high school/college kids that are being killed. I also remember Toby putting on a blonde wig and fake boobs to seduce a male teacher. But i think she does that to steal a file from his office. I think someone gets killed on a parade float and I have a vague memory of a person getting killed in a van. The reason he/she is in the van is to hookup with someone else.I think the movie ends with a hand coming out of a grave to grab onto Toby's arm.

Seen on TV during the late 60's or possibly very early 70's.Film was about people and children living in a remote area of the US, away from others. They had special powers which included the ability to fly, although they kept these abilities and their true nature very secret. They seemed to be in danger from other (normal) people and were very afraid of letting others know of their true nature. They may have been being pursued by the gov't. I -think- that they were actually from another planet and at the very end I recall some sort of demonstration of their flying ability.I think the film was in color, but we did not have a color television. This film is Not escape to witch mountain, I'd guess is was made-for-tv, but am not 100% certain.

I'm searching for an old foreign film. I think it was set in the 1600-1800's about a young lady chosen to marry someone rich & much older and of course not attractive at all. The maiden later has an affair with the uncles nephew. A jealous servant tells on the maiden who is married to the uncle and I believe she was sent to a monastery and sentenced to life in a dungeon. It stated it was based on a true story. I thought the film was called blasphemy or blasphemous, but I haven't found it. I remember the VHS tape cover was black and the words were red. I keep thinking it was the title I mentioned earlier but I could be wrong, I saw this movie about 15 years ago. It is not subtitled. I know in the movie the female character had servants, who also later had an affair w/ this nephew. It was a wild movie.and pretty good for a foreign film of that nature. The male actor was not american, neither the female actress, they were all European. The nephew portrayed in the film had this Joaquin Phoenix aura to him. I'm starting to think it wasn't called blasphemy, but some other cool sounding word, that pretty much meant the same or was related to something bad happening. There wasn't any violence in the movie and i do remember the maiden eventually broke off the relationship w/ the nephew and then the nephew started having a meaningless relationship, with the 2 servant girls, right there in front of his ex-lover, just to spite her.

One of the traps gets tripped sending a sword or blade sweeping across a exit route in the attic. I remember a projector and film playing in the house, possibly some war footage. I think the captive was held in a cage or box. Windows covered. This is probably some craptastic B thriller.

I am looking for a movie from the late 80's early 90's. It's about a little blond girl and for some reason she is walking in the woods. There was a group of boys who found her in the woods and I think were trying to rape her, there was one boy that didn't really want too. She ends up paralyzed somehow, then her and her mother were at a garage sale and a man sold them a chair, and the chair had some kind of power and the girl was somehow able to send her "spirit" out and kill the boys who tried to rape her. Hello from Bulgaria, folks :).I'm looking for this movie from a long long time. I've watched it about 15 years ago.At the beginning of the movie there were 4 or 5 guys who went into a basement. There was a pentagram created from laser beams. They summoned "the devil". It was very fast moving little creature (a little devil). One of the lazer beams failed and the devil escaped. Everyone that got bitten or scratched by the devil started turning into very ugly creatures. At some point two of the guys found themselves into another dimension or a parallel universe or hell, I'm not sure, and they somehow returned the devil into hell. The movie ends at a graveyard, where the mouse, they've sacrificed at the devil's summoning ceremony (at the beginning of the movie), came out of an open coffin.

As a child I saw this movie, so I'm guessing it was in early 70's. A man gets locked into a room, like a big Den. He cannot escape. While in the room, the fireplace slides open (or he opens it somehow), revealing a crawl space behind it. The man crawls through the opening, and eventually falls (or goes into) a room from a trap door in the crawl space. He is now trapped in the room with no way to gte back to the door on the ceiling, no doors, etc. Later, another man opens the trap door from above who is obviously the mans enemy, and gives him a gun with a single bullet, implying that the man commit suicide as he will never get out.

This was early to mid 1980's and in color. It was a horror film I believe; possibly Sci Fi. Unfortunately there are only a few details that I remember. One of the major things I do remember would be a severed hand. The severed hand seemed to be one of the main characters. I remember it terrorizing a man who may or may not have been its original owner. I recall this man being in a hospital, but I don't think he was a doctor. He may have been a patient. I remember there being a room within the hospital where big black garbage bags were piled up and inside them were body parts that seemed to still be moving. This severed hand would attach itself to things and people at the wrist almost like it has suction cups on it. The only other thing I remember is a man being chased, by what I don't know, probably the hand and he at one point was inside a cabin or an old house where a circular saw had come up from the floor and went right between his legs, but missed him.

I am looking for a 80's to early 90's film, it was all in color, I can t remember much other than a few scenes. First thing I remember is a boy in his bed room talking to a big machine and the boys mom talking to the boy from outside his room, the device tells the boy to let his mother in, but the boy says no, the machine wanted to do something to the mother if I remember correctly. I vaquely recall it was nighttime in the scene and the machine hasd lights all over it. The next scene I remember is a girl in a car listening to music,I think she was wearing pink.but not too sure on that. Anywasy she was alone in the car and then suddenly her clothes start to either come off on their own, or they are taken off by some invisible force, perhaps the music is doing it.the last scene is a guy yelling at another guy about how his girlfriend ended up in the hospital or something to that effect.

I saw this move on Plex nearly 10 years ago (1999 or 2000) late at night. I only saw the last five minutes and have been curious ever since about the title. The ending is set inside a large mansion. There are grand stairs which lead to a landing, and then the stairs split and go right and left. There is a large window at the landing. In the final scenes of the movie, a man in his thirties who is dressed very nicely (and perhaps wearing an ascot) is backing slowly up the stairs as he is approached by young girls dressed in white or pastel dresses. They are dressed more old-fashioned than he. I don't remember that they physically push the man (in fact I don't think they do), but they are menacing him all the same. He falls to his death through the window as a lady screams (she is clearly not a part of the girls and is more his age). The movie is in color and has the feel of a 1970s film, but I can't be sure. I remember that the girls were wearing old-fashioned white or pastel dresses, and I want to say the lady who was screaming was blonde or strawberry blonde. The mansion appeared to be very formal. I doubt this helps, but the movie which followed that night on Plex was Incubus.

I recently saw a movie on the Showtime network of Austar (2009) and am wondering what it is called. Some keywords I remember are: - psychic sister - doctor husband - deformed wife - Dark Thing (what the daughter called her mother) - captive in the basement.A bit about the plot:The sister, who I think was named Christy, was called back to her home town for the funeral of someone she knew. Once she got there she went to visit her sister's (who had "died" after a car crash) family but is rudely turned away. She begins to think that her sister is not really dead and does some investigating. Thanks to her psychic skills though, she realises that her sister's husband, who may have been named John? is trying to capture her and put her in the basement. But it turns out that she is only seeing this because that's what he did to her sister when the sister (who is deformed and can't speak) killed her nurse who happened to be having an affair with the husband. So the sister, Christy? ends up killing the husband in self-defence and the daughter of the deformed woman kills the deformed woman and then the daughter and the sister are the only two left.Thank-you very much.

This film is a romance, seen in VHS, somewhere between the mid 80's and early 90's. The film is about a woman who's about to get married with a man who is sterile. Since she wants a baby, her fiancée, a rich and influent man, accepts her to hire (I don't know in what terms exactly - if for money or favor) another man to get her pregnant. This hired man, then, moves in with her, in her mansion (don't remember if hers or the fiancée's) to sleep with her until she's withchild. The problem is that this man ends up falling in love with the woman, and then starts to sabotage her chances of getting pregnant. One of the tactics I remember he used was putting contraceptive pills on her breakfast juice. But she finds it out and, instead of confronting him, substitute the pills for vitamins. Another scene is one when she is finally pregnant but, after an argument with someone, trips on a stair, falls and suffers a miscarriage.

I saw this movie on television before 1965. In it a teenage girl was on her way to school when she was "seduced" away from the bench she was sitting on and ended up being kidnapped. He took her to his basement (with a window) apartment where he raped her and she blinded him in one eye in the fight. She ended up pregnant and continued to fight her kidnapper, with him complaining about her not cooking and cleaning. He eventually left her money and the door unlocked. Instead of running away to the police she went shopping, got a haircut and bought a bunch of baby things. She also invited her family over and he came home surprised.

I'm searching for the name of a film that I think is from the 80's, in color, and I believe I watched it on a cable movie chanel. I'ts about an agent(maybe FBI) who is looking for a killer. He get's his son involved because he is some kind of genius kid. The only other part I remember is that they end up in some caves, I think in Utah, and the killer is building some kind of Noahs Ark or something.

I saw this in a theatre in the late 1960's or early 1970's. It was color (I think) and a foreign film. No subtitles but it may have been dubbed. It's about a young boy known for his vivid imagination who witnesses a murder. The murderers know that he saw the crime and now they are after him. No one believes there are people after him. I am pretty sure he survives at the end, but is a suspenseful movie. I think of coastal scenes when I remember this movie but I was very young so don't remember too well.

A film from the fifties or sixties, with I think Rod Steiger (though going through his films on imdb it seems not). Memorable final scene where hero and girlfriend are surrounded by group of savages in a jungle, with only one bullet remaining, hero shoots girlfriend to save her from much more grizzly death.Would be fantastic to know the title, and see who isn't Rod Steiger who plays the lead!

I am looking for a movie that i saw a long time ago when i was a kid, which was in the 90's. I don't know if the movie is from the 90's or not. It was an animated movie that reminded me of a Miyazaki type anime style. The only real parts i remember are that a large crowd of people are standing in front of this massive curtain and behind the curtain is a huge cave. Some people go inside, on a carpet i think, possibly trying to save someone, again i dont know if they are, but they start to get chased by this black stuff, be it smog or goo i don't really know.

I am looking for an episode from a show from the late 80's or early 90's. If I remember correctly it was a Tale From the Crypt like show. I recall a young man who is gambling and at the end of the episode he has to light his lucky lighter on one try or he gets his fingers or hand cut off. And the guy who is betting him on this is missing a few fingers. I thought it might be the episode "Cutting Cards" from TFTC, but I just don't think that is right.

I saw this film on TV in the very early 1970's (sorry- that's my best guess for timeframe). The most I can recall is that there were some children who seemed to have strange capabilities like psychokinesis. In the end, a bunch of kids boarded a spaceship and I remember Neil Young's song "After the Goldrush" being played. That album was released in 1970, so the movie was likely shortly thereafter.

While staying in an old apartment, she begins to become possessed by another young East German woman, who unhappily lived and died there years before--possibly by suicide. I believe there is a scene where she experiences an episode from the other woman's life while in a bathtub.

I am looking for the name of this movie. a suited guy with a briefcase is just finished work and he is walking home through a big city park. he gets in to a verbal spat with a group of teenagers gang types. they chase him and he climbs a big tree to get away from them. they gather at the base of the tree to wait till he comes down - they want to get him.night falls and the gang and the man are still in the park - he gets to know abit more about the gang especially one young couple who turn out to be brother and sister though all along its implied that they are lovers.During the night a really evil gang roams through the park and the first gang tells the man in the tree to be quiet and they all hide from the bad gang.the scene where the bad gang is silently moving tru the dark is one of the most scariest scenes ive ever seem.

The movie I am looking for was shown on TV in the early 2000's but was probably made earlier, maybe in the 1980's or 1990's. It appeared to be a film and not made for TV. I only saw a bit of it but would like to identify it so that I can see the rest.It is a gritty western with a darker tone than most but I can remember one scene which is probably unique enough to identify it. In this scene a boy (teenager) seems to be on a mission to go somewhere. He is on horseback but he stops on the way to relieve himself. He collects some leaves with which to wipe himself after wards and proceeds to squat in some bushes. While there a man (or two?) sneak up on him and steal his horse at gun point. But they don't kill him and he continues on foot.

I'm trying to find the name to a movie I saw in the 1970's. It's about a young girl who was taken in by a family when she was a baby. The family's children start to die in unfortunate accidents, and the father catches the mumps from the young girl and is therefore made sterile, when he and his wife try to have more children. It turns out the girl's mother turned up on the couple's doorstep and soon after went into labour and had the baby girl. She then disappeared leaving the baby girl behind, and then when their own baby mysteriously dies, the couple decide to keep her and raise her as their own. There's a reference in the film to a bird that lays it's eggs in another birds nest, and when the eggs hatch they kill the other bird's young.

In the mean time, he's secretly courting her teenaged daughter who is attracted to him because of good looks and mysterious air. He claims to be preparing the daughter for a very special event and alludes to the fact that she will lose her virginity to him. I saw a movie in the mid-80's about a woman who leaves with a family then leaves her baby there. The children in the movie begin dying starting with a baby that the abandoned baby girl was in the crib with. As time goes on the keep the girl and the next scene I remember her is the girl pushing one of the older brothers in some water where he drowns. So it is like this abandoned girl is picking off the kids. The only other scene I remember involves the dad at the very end. He leaves the family and sees the same woman that left her baby with a new family. He freaks out because of it.

I watched this movie when I was little and it was about two girls who were in a room and were going through a chest and found a newspaper (I think) and a dress. And when one of the girls put the dress on it took them back in time ( or at least I think it did) to another girls birthday where she would fall down the stairs and become injured. Once they put on the dress they became the girl and had to walk down the stairs and try not to trip while carrying the birthday presents. But when the girl was taken to the hospital the nurse didn't know she was allergic to penaciline because I think her bracelet that said she was had fell off when she had fallen down the stairs. So she would die due to the medicine the nurse had given her. (At least I think she would die I'm not 100% sure). It was in color and it was probably around 2002.

This film was probably early or mid 1960's. Possibly suspense rather than horror. I remember very little except the last few scenes and they are sketchy. it was black and white and on tv. The main scene I remember involves a man returning to a house on a cloudy, windy day and inside- possibly part of the kitchen was an elevator coming down with white sheets hanging out and blood dripping to the floor. There seems to be a lot of sound effects going on such as a telephone ringing, possibly a tea kettle going off on the stove, maybe the elevator floor counter moving.lots of comotion as if the character is horrified to see the elevator descending with this dead body wrapped in sheets. Maybe he was the murderer. The music builds to a horrifying crescendo along with all the afore- mentioned noises. I thought for a long time that the character I remember in this scene may have been Don Stroud or someone resembling him. But a search of Don's film and tv career revealed no answers. It could have even been a late 50's film. At the very end, I believe the police come and take him away.

I saw this film in colour. It had the name dead in it. I am 90% sure of that or it has something to with the living dead or the same theme. I remember I think at the start this white man gets on a bus at night. There is a woman driving it and she begins talking to the man. As the man listens to her she says something scary and then her eyes pop out along with her tongue I think but her eyes definitely stick out and she makes this terryfying ghost noise (like sceaming) as there is a change of scene. By the way, I think the woman driving the bus was telling him about some ghosts or something like that. I am not sure of the year but it is definitely late 1990's and early 2000's.

I have a vague memory of a B/W film which aired on TV during Thanksgiving weekend in 1974, but was likely produced in the 1950s or '60s. From memory, the time period would have been the late 1800s and the location was probably Britain. The film centered around a young woman (about 16 to 18 years old) who (I believe) was hired as a house servant. The first memorable scene was of a wake being held in the house. The corpse in the open casket appeared to rise during a lightning flash, but was "normal" after the flash ended. (Because it lasted only a split second, the lightning scene was creepy.) Throughout the film was a foreboding about a bell ringing in a churchyard, which would foretell someone's death. The young woman, predictably, hears the bell ringing loudly and consistently. She musters up the courage to investigate after being consoled by another young woman, who I believe was a member of the household. When the two women arrive at the church where the bell is ringing, they find the blind caretaker hanging from the bellfry--the ringing is caused by the caretaker's seeing-eye-dog pulling on his body. The household girl laughs hysterically; the servant girl runs away from her in terror. (I left the room for a few minutes; when I returned the movie was over.)

The guy knocks on the door and calls her name but gets no response, and I believe that is where the movie ends.

Movie was on TV (may have been cable) around 1983. Seemed like a late 70s flick. Set in a country house where a young couple is having a romantic weekend (possibly while the parents are away, and there may have been another young couple in the house). A group of escaped convicts/mental patients find the house. While in the bedroom, the boyfriend hears something and goes to investigate. Just as he leaves the bedroom one of the criminals is there and grabs him by the throat and picks him up, strangling him. Inside the bedroom, one of the criminals is up under the bed and starts stabbing up through the bed with a butcher knife while the girlfriend, who is sitting on the bed, screams and tries to get away. She jumps off the bed and tries to run, but the bad guy grabs her leg and pulls her down under the bed, may have slashed her ankles. It's not "Last House on the Left."

The main thing I remember is the ending.the main character (i think it was a girl) is dying in the street (possibly after an accident) and all of the bystanders around her are people from earlier in the movie. There were little things through out the movie that didn't make sense. The ending reveals that it was all in her head; like she was concocting stories about the people around her as she was dying. I remember a dance studio with an all-window front and ballroom dancers. I would guess the movie was made in the year 2000 or later.it was color, and looked newer, not like typical 80's or 90's film quality. Not sure though. I don't know what genre.not quite horror or drama or suspense. It reminds me of films like "The Jacket" or "Momento"

I think near the end of the movie is a scene where the kidnapper is in a desert cave which is where he is building a giant boat (ark) for what he believes is an impending flood, and he needs to the child, who is kept tied up on the boat, for a blood sacrifice for some ritual he has to perform. I think the child gets free and somehow kills the kidnapper, possibly with help from his parent(s) that finally find the cave.

I saw this film when I was very young on VHS sometime around 1994, or somewhere in the mid-90s. There is one scene where a mother is sitting with 3 or 4 children on a couch very scared, and two men are holding them at gunpoint. The men grab one boy, pause, and then slit his throat. They grab another boy and do the same. They then shoot the mother and another child still on the couch. Shortly after this scene, a man is walking away from a burning house.

Then the trailer shows these people show up at her parents home stranded and the parents realize they are the ones who hurt their child. It appears as if the parents are going to seek revenge. I forgot the name of the film and dont know if it is out of theater yet onto dvd.

I'm pretty sure this is a well-known movie, at least among cinephiles. It's a 50's or 60's hard-boiled detective drama, a bit film noir. The memorable, classic scene is very early in the film, maybe even the first scene. A man has been murdered and left in a pool (maybe drowned there, maybe thrown there later) and the scene I remember is shot from under the water, as if from the dead man's perspective, looking up, as the investigating detectives walk up to the side of the pool.

Back in the 80's, I remember seeing a film about a woman who lived by herself in the desert. At the beginning of the movie she steps out of her vehicle (maybe a truck) and a man is underneath it trying to look up her dress/skirt. She goes home and sleeps in the nude, then wakes up and finds - on her fridge - a Polaroid of herself sleeping. Some men kidnap her and tie her to the front of a truck, then drive very fast down the road with her tied to it.

I remember watching an episode of Twilight zone where a boy and a girl can talk to each other eventhough they are living in different century. I do not remember who is living in the present or the past. But they can see what the other one can see. Example the boy can see what the girl can see when the boy close his eyes, (the same thing with the girl). One time one of them look at his/her own reflection on a lake or a stream so that the other can see how the other looks like. I look at the Twilight Zone episodes but I can't find it. Now I'm not sure if it is really Twilight Zone or Alfred Hitchcock or Tales from the Creep.

This film was shown on HBO in the late 80's early 90's and took place in London. It involved a married woman who was middle aged. She had always wanted to take a vacation to Greece. Her husband who owned his own business with their son, didn't. The woman and her girlfriend went, The main character ended up having a brief affair with a greek man who had his own small catamaran. She met and slept with the man after her tour group went back to London. Later, the friend told her husband about the incident and at the end of the movie, the husband walks up the hill on the beach and goes straight past his wife, he doesn't recognize her, then as he looks briefly and walks past she turns in her small chair at the table she is seated at and says Don't you know me? The sun is setting on the Grecian beach and you see them sit, take a drink and begin talking. One of the key elements of the film is when the two girlfriends go the Greece, the group fron London is in this Greek restaurant and they are really bad mouthing Grecian culture and food, and she the main character stands up and defends the food and people of Greece, this is when she decides to leave the tour group. Before leaving for the trip she and her husband are in the kitchen and she tells him she has a change of heart a change of life, she tells him this as she serves him chips and eggs, when he wanted steak for dinner. Her decision to leave for the trip comes when her grown daughter comes back home and expects her mom to take care of her because she broke up with her boyfriend, and she doesn't feel well.

This was a early 80's film on early HBO of Showtime. It started with this female reporter, who at the begining was doing a story on hypnotizing a cobra to the point where you could reach out and grab it. Her next story was to a scientist lab where he could teleport things to different dimensions. On her way to the lab she has a fender bender with this construction worker in flanel. She leaves his stranded, he walks, ends up at the lab gets teleported with her to another dimension. The only other thing I remember was they meet this blue guy, with a gun that used some kind of red balls as bullets or something, anyway the climax had her using the snake trick to get out of a jam.

The film I'm looking for, I saw on TV some years ago in the UK. A British colour production from the 1950's or 1960's.It tells the story of a British little boy, who loses contact with his parents in a middle eastern, or north African country. His parents may have been killed. I think he's the son of the British ambassador. There's a violent revolution going on.The film follows the boy's adventures, and his struggle to get home. For part of the film he is the prisoner of a blind nomad, in the desert. Eventually he makes his escape.

I seen this animated movie about Greek Mythology back in the 1980's. I'm not sure if it was made in the 80's though. I think the movie is about the 7 Deadly Sin's but I'm not sure. I don't think there is any talking in it, just music in the background. The movie also has diffrent stories to it, each story is about different sin's (I think, I'm not sure). Each story has the same character (a young boy) playing different roles but is the lead role in each story. I think it starts out with the boy hiding behind bushes or weeds watching a goddes shower under a waterfall, she is also naked (I remember that part so clearly because I was so shocked to see someone naked in a cartoon cause I was only 4 or 5 years old), anyway a couple of fairies wrap her up in a towel when she is done then the towel turns into a dress. She notices him spying on her then she gets mad and turns him into a deer. Then all of a sudden he is being chased by hunters and dogs through the forest. He is running for his life then all of a sudden his antlers get stuck in tree branches and he can't escape, then it shows the dogs about to attack him when it cuts to a different story. One of the stories has the word ENVY in it. I just remember a little part of the other stories, one is a girl turns into a snake because she is jealouse of another girl because the girl likes the young boy. And there is a Greek God with wings on his shoes that makes him fly.

Many years ago (probably in the early 80's) we were watching a movie on TV, one very later Staurday night, which was about the Continental Congress and what it took to get to the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The film, we believe, was 2 hours long. Could have been longer, just not sure, but know it was at least 2 hours. It was just a very information and moving film that showed all of the trials and tribulations that those men went through to get it drafted and signed. We used to think that one of the main characters in the film was Robert England (Freddie Kriger) but when I have searched his film credits I don't see anything that looks like it could be this film. We are desperate to find this film and see if a VHS or DVD copy can be obtained.

Trying to find a sci-fi movie between late 80's to the early 2000's. It's about a spaceship that works for a big corporation. Their job is to haul trash. Most of the crew sleep in life support systems, there is usually only two people awake at a time. Two men are the crew in the beginning, they find a piece of "space junk". Later it is revealed to be a satellite from earth that has been missing for a long time. But it has been altered, whenever someone steps close to it they are sprayed. They find out they are being infected with something. They start to lose their minds and destroy the ship and try to destroy each other. A man and woman wake from life support on the ship and get infected. It is policy that a man and a woman on the same crew cannot engage in a relationship, but they do any way. The movie closes with the man and woman spending the rest of the time they have left together in the control room.

I'm searching out a film that I saw on late-night tv, possibly as long as 15 years ago! The plot was simple: a group of people are quarantined at a rail station (?). For some unknown reason, when they fall asleep, their face/body melts in a good horror film way. The film ends with the last people alive: a male/female couple falling asleep after several nights awake. The wake to a morning and realize that they have survived their sleep.

Early to mid 70's the end of the movie was a girl age6-10 who's parents made her run an errand, she begged not to because she had been stalked by a Black Panther?( or some large cat) through the woods. Mother made her go, it chased her back and she banged on the door, they did not open and you see her blood running under the door. May take place in a foreign country, not a foreign film, quite possibly in B&W.

I cant remember when the movie came out, but im sure it was in the 80's, around the time of 'the accused'. I cant remember the entire plot of the movie, but I remember a woman who is brutally raped in her car, then somehow, her rapist finds out where she lives and holds her captive - raping and beating her repeatedly, until she somehow gets the better of him (maybe she throws hot greese in his face?) and locks him in her fireplace, getting ready to bury him alive until her roomate comes home and catches her in the act. I thought the movie was called the morning after, but I read the plot for that one and its not familiar at all.

I think that this was from a horror movie from the mid 80's. I'm pretty sure that's when I saw it. There is a kid with the power to see a picture of something, say "bring", and whatever is in the picture appears in real life. His parents keep him really sheltered because they know of his power. I don't think they had a tv or let him outside. Somehow he gets a picture of a puppy from a magazine, says "bring", and a dead dog appears in the floor right in front of him. I guess it was the same dog in the picture. I think after that he starts using his power more and of course bad things happen.

They are eventually stranded at this house, and they discover their future ghosts live there and they are able to see the past, and it is confirmed by clues in the house. What they discovered is that their mother was killed by their father, and they were supposed to be left for dead. The girl drowned and the boy left for pig slop. Their ghosts show signs of them dying in this way. So they are led to believe that they were brought to this house to finish their fate that was laid out for them years ago.

Near or on a cliff, they get bullied or tormented by the jocks and one day the male goth decides to race one of the bullies down a narrow road, he eventually runs off the cliff and dies, a year or so later on the anniversary of his death the female friend has a seance in his house or her house by an ocean? I first saw this color film on a "Friday night frights" type of television late night movie show, 1977 or 78. It could have been a made for TV film, but I doubt it. The plot, to the best of my memory, was this: Four or five people (the female lead was pregnant) in a small plane had to crash land. They ended up in a small town that was controlled by an unseen flying creature. The townspeople acted as though they were brainwashed or under some form of mind control. The people from the plane soon discovered that there was a clear, impenetrable barrier keeping them from leaving the town. When they tried to crash through the see-through barrier, the truck they were driving exploded. It was then lifted upwards by the unseen creature. Towards the end of the film, a place was discovered in a carnival in the middle of the town that housed the creatures power. When it was destroyed, some goofy rubber mask fx were used to portray the dying creature. Looks like early to mid 70's quality to me, but I'm not so sure.

I can't remember any character I was born in 83 so i know it was between 83-90 when i saw it. It came on TV. It was like the kids were left home alone I believe with like a older brother or something like that. They go inside the fireplace and they are in like a whole other world. Like animals and creatures dinosaurs and things. I think they have to keep coming out because the doorbell keeps ringing or the parents some back or something.

A movie I saw about 2000 about friends [4 or 5], and one is a priest, who are invited to a reunion at a cabin by one of the people. The motive for the reunion is that these friends were involved in a rock quarry murder about 20 years prior. The quarry has now been drained or the water level fell so low that the truck, the man who was murdered, and the murder weapon [gun] are now exposed, revealing a murder that was unknown and unsolved. The man who arranges the reunion is trying to get people together to get the gun back and/or thwart an investigation and indictment. I thought Richard Dreyfuss was one of the actors.but not. The reunion turns into quite violent among these friends as the truth of the reunion comes out and memories and accusations get bandied about. If you can dredge anything up from your memory banks I would be very grateful. I am trying to do google searches on variations of the movie description in the meantime. The movie was on VHS, I do not know if it has been transferred to DVD.

I don't really remember much of it except that it was between and Asian woman and a white guy.The white guy was supposed to kidnap her and keep watch of her.He gets her out of the trunk of his car then leads her to wherever they're staying. There was a scene there where they were stuffing a turkey together. And another one where she had to use the bathroomand her hands were handcuffed and he hadto pull her panties down then put it back on her again. It's not as nasty as it sounds, lol. They eventually fall in love. The girl is in a school girl uniform and the guy is like an assassin or something

i recall the plot being a single parent with three children struggling to raise them in the citythey packed up and left the city and arrived at a piece of land next to a house in the middle of nowhere the land being owned by the owner of the house. the mother asked the owner of the land if she could build a house for her family on the land and over the course of the film her and her three children built a home from scratch until one night it went up in flames and they were once again left homeless - the owner of the house next door and the land then helped the woman financially to build the home she had always wanted for her familyfor some reason i thought the woman was played by rosanne barr however i now have come to realise that the character must have been someone similar to herthe only other things i can remember about the film is that she used to punish her eldest son by telling him to go fetch your fathers belt and that at christmas time instead of spending money on presents for the kids she spent money on things they needed to build the house and was too proud to accept charity gifts to give her children

I am looking for a movie I saw on tv when I was young (born 1983), probably around '89 or so. The movie takes place in modern-day '80s/90's. From what I remember, a mother let her kids play outside while she takes a shower (she could see them out the shower window, i believe). The kids disappear. I want to say Mary Steenburgen is the mother, but I can't find any movies similar to those she has made. My sister believes the title is something like "Where did the children go?", although she may be completely off. It turns out that an older male neighbor had been watching them and had taken them. He kept them somewhere inside of her house. The children are young, a girl and boy around the ages of 5-8. Both are blonde-the little girl is cute and the younger of the two. In the end, there is a scene where the children and older man are on top of a high roof at night in the rain. I think the old man falls off the roof and into a lake (or some other body of water).

it's a movie from the late eighties or early nineties and it's in color. It's about this boy maybe in late elementary school and his brothers and their single mother. They have a neighbor next door and he is a composer/conductor/something to do with music that I think is probably classical. All I remember is that there is a scene where one of the boys is peeing at his house at night and he looks over to see his neighbor killing someone and hiding the body under his porch, and then the boy begins to miss the toilet bowl. I saw it in the middle to late nineties and I was young so I feel that it wasn't a completely adult movie because I felt that it was kind of a kid movie, but it had murder in it so I have no idea what I'm feeling the rating was.
